Fabrictopia handles a wide variety of fabrics for nearly every application, including wedding, automotive, upholstery, garment, quilting, etc. There is no other store in town that can approach their selection. There is a minimum cut of one yard, something to be aware of. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate what you need, so if you know what you are looking for just ask for help. It’s a really fun place to visit, it’s easy to spend a lot of time just browsing.

Large selection of fabrics. The owner was very helpful in trying to locate additional colors and quantity of a specific fabric i needed. She called their out of town location to have them send color swatches to her phone, from which i chose a few colors for them to physically send. I really appreciated her extra efforts and the service. Thanks!!
Great prices and quantity was the biggest factor. Others sell it 8 yards they sell it in bolts so you can get all of the same due lot that you need
They had a lot of fabric, the staff let you borrows the store. They had great prices on all the fabrics.
This place is cool tons of fabric to choose from and then right next door is this brand new place Perello's. It has an AWESOME seamstress who can sew anything for you and she designs and makes clothes! Proms, wedding dresses, dances just make sure you book your appointment ahead of time because it can get full pretty quick.
Awesome experience ever! Not only was the staff great , but they play good music. Everything was neat and in place , David was the cherry on top. Definitely going to come back.
This place is incredible! They are super helpful and kind. Bilingual, too. I’m new to sewing, but it’s pretty clear they have a huge variety of selection (everything from car leather to outdoors fabric to fancy sequined fabric) and it’s not fabric you can get just anywhere (e.g. they have fabric from Guatemala). Some of the fancier fabrics were expensive, but overall, prices were reasonable and they had a good sale going on. 1 yard min for everything, but that’s fair. They have an in-house (well, next door) seamstress who can be used and she also gives lessons: Lisa Perello. FYI they close at 4:30pm for COVID-19 cleaning (sign on door). Masks required (good!). I will definitely be returning!
The first time I came here, all I was looking for was a material I could use for an outdoor dog couch. During that visit, I came to the conclusion that I will not be buying bedding, curtains, or any other upholstery items anymore. I'll be making whatever I need using materials from here. Seems silly now to pick from the limited choices of already made items when this place offers such an incredible amount of awesome fabrics to use. First of all, the ladies working here and running the store are super friendly and very helpful. Second of all, this place is absolutely loaded with rolls and rolls of fabrics. They have a huge variety and vast selection to choose from. Also, the layout of the place allows you to see most of the options at a glance, while being able to easily get a close look and feel of each one. Another thing I thought was neat, is that their in stock inventory includes headliner materials for cars, vinyls of all sorts of colors and textures, multiple foam products with varying densities and thicknesses, and some nice choices designed for outdoor applications like seat cushions or awnings. Fabrictopia is definitely the perfect name and couldn't be more fitting. If you haven't had the pleasure of roaming the aisles in here, checking out the humongous assortment, and running your hands across some of their many wonderful feeling fabrics, I highly recommend stopping in one day.
First time visiting this place and it was everything I was looking for. Great selection of fabrics in various widths. Great environment with wonderful people. We were able to find great deals. One thing is for sure, I'll be back to shop again.
