This site is developing -- but it still feels like it's a year or two away from really becoming a hot spot. Great art galleries, but on several of the First Friday gallery walks many of them were closed. Only one time was it REALLY packed and hopping. Once the neighborhood develops more it will likely take off.

One of the more interesting places in Indy. Home of Soundspace, Centerpoint brewery, and an absolutely amazing First Friday event for art lovers. Not to mention all of the cool shops and niche aesthetics surrounding it. Great spot to spend a Friday night. 👌

Really neat building that used to be a manufacturing facility and now houses tons of artists and businesses. There's a great brewery (Centerpoint) and an awesome distillery (8th day) on either end. First Fridays usually draw a great crowd to visit all of the independent artists and there's usually a food truck.

Such a cool place to walk around, get your steps in and check out all the art. Great place to kill some time or show your friends from out of town a cool spot in Indy!

This is a super cool art place. There's not really any other way to describe it. You'll get artists of all kinds food trucks, a brewery, music, movies all kinds of things. Very cool place

A great, unique sprawling industrial/urban venue (includes various visitable businesses, and semi-private art studios, all under a single roof) within walking distance of Indy’s Mass Ave Cultural District + Bottleworks’ Historical District (and Landmark). Last I checked, they still open up the Art Studios, and the vast majority of the complex to the general public every “First Friday” of the month. It’s well worth a visit then!

Nice little park next to the parking lot. Parking lot was clean and lots of available spots. Plenty of crosswalks and easy access to all of the businesses within walking distance. Also saw a fire pit with logs to sit on around it. Cool atmosphere.
