The best Drs in Nashville. Dr. Gorman is the absolute best. He takes his time explains everything until you understand. You will never leave with uncertainty. The office staff is awesome Ms Karina is so kind greets you by name as you enter office. The nurses are so nice and pretty on point if I need blood work. Never have I been stuck twice.
This medical is wonderful. You don’t need insurance. I have insurance , but pay out of pocket. The medical team take their time. I’m glad I found this place.
I had such a good experience at Faith Family Medical Center today. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, from the nurse to the front desk receptionist. I saw Hope, a PA student I believe, as well as Carolyn Williams and felt seen and heard by both which was healing in and of itself. Thank you so much for really listening and genuinely caring about my health. I highly recommend this center!
Faith Family might be a good option for someone without health insurance for a short time but is not good quality care for long term. The people there are a little rude and unorganized. I came in to have a physical and some shots for a education program and it took over two weeks to get everything completed due to not having the right equipment, performing a test wrong, not getting enough blood or sending me to another facility...ugh! It was a hassle. There blood pressure reader didn't even work! Very disorganized...doctor never got back in touch with me, even after seeing her ignoring me and talking to another employee. Just very careless and stressful experience. Not quality care...go elsewhere. Your money will not go to the facility and services but in their undeserved pockets! Plus, there entryway smelled like B.O. all the days I went there...so nasty it made me gag!
They are all so amazing. Dr Panovec is such amazing Doctor. He is such a caring Dr. And he takes time with ya and i like it . he doesn't put ya on meds unless he thinks ya need it. Ya couldn't ask for A Better Doctor them Dr Panovec . if ya looking for a Amazing Doctor he is the one to go to. ☺☺☺👍👍👋👋👏👏☝☝
I have been calling 2 times a week for 3 weeks trying to get someone to call me back for an appointment in which the voicemail says please leave a message and we will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. Yeah right not 1 call back ever. I feel like they don't answer the phones on purpose so they don't have to speak to you. They call themselves Faith Family medical. Faith is not a very good term to describe these so called medical professionals. Can't have faith in something that's never there nor tries to be there. I am a born again Christian and by my standards of the Lord Jesus Christ you should drop the term faith. I have faith in him and he answers. Do not place faith into a place like this because they never answer!
FFMC has been seeing my parents for a couple of years now. They have always been respectful and very kind! The doctors and nurses are all friendly and professional! Highly recommended!!!
I used to really like this place. They helped me out when I didn't feel like I had any other options. Unfortunately I am coming up to needing my routine exams and I've called numerous times and left a message about once a week. Never once have I gotten any message back. I just tried to call again to make an appointment and they blatantly picked up the phone then promptly hung up. I'm sadly finding another option now.
Front desk clerks are rude. One just sits on her phone and acts like she doesn't see you. For a place named after faith and family I'm surprised they even let her in the door. Sad.
I was a patient of Dr.Panovec in 2019, and became a patient again in March 2022. He remembered exactly who I was, the type of care I was receiving, and even our last conversation. My previous Dr. was not personable; he even seemed as if he was more than ok with prescribing medication that would normally need some serious consideration. Dr. Panovec not only wants to ensure you get the best; and safest medication, but he even wants to develop a plan to abandon medication if possible and live a better healthier life. Truly a genuine caring Dr., and an even person.
