I went in as a new patient to see Dr. Panovec and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour. Plan on making this my new primary doctor's office.
I have been going here for awhile now. The staff is nothing but amazing. They do everything they can to help. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to afford my insulin. They have helped assist me with having it. This clinic is just a blessing.
Most caring people work here. Pricing was great for those without insurance and the doctor whom I had was the most kind, and funny doctor I've ever experienced. I would definitely recommend this place.
I have been going here for about 4-5 years, this place use to be amazing. The doctors and back office staff are amazing but the front office staff are not professional, rarely answer the phone or call you back after leaving a voice mail, not apologizing for their mistakes and etc.
