Went here with some of my friends, and I was excited because the prices were low and the quality was absolutely terrible. Unfortunately, it really wasn't a safe or clean environment. I witnessed a woman stealing a phone case, and got yelled at by a random guy walking by who was obviously drunk. The clerks and staff didn't seem to notice when people were obviously acting suspicious which made me angry and hesitant. I bought some pants, and left without any intention of coming back. If you're used to ghetto places, this might be a fine place to go, but I won't be returning any time soon.
It's great !!! The most that you will ever spend is $2.25 on Thursdays and on Wednesday everything is 25 cents!!! You can buy kids, men's, and women's clothing shoes purses swim wear underwear dresses. You just can NOT return any thing once you buy it or exchange it. You Can NOT try on clothes. Best thrift store in town and it's a lot cheaper than Good will.
$2.50 for any clothing on Thursday down to $.25 for any clothing on Wednesday. Price goes down each day. There are items with the tags still on them, so you can find some new clothes here! Would give 5 stars, but there is so much perfume/ incense you may have to wear a mask!
A happenstance shopping find. Passed Family Thrift Outlet on my way to the vet with my dog. Decided to stop and check it out. The window posted that on Tuesday every item is. 50 each. Some items are on racks, others thrown in large heaps on oversized tables. The merchandise on racks or tables was clean, but it took time to sift through for bargains. I did find two really nice quality tops and Vera Wang leggings that appeared to be brand new. I plan on going back, with a list, because the merchandise is good. Easy access to parking lot and plenty of spaces.
Its convenient with great deals. It can be a bit annoying however because it seems the staff is ALWAYS moving clothes around. U cant shoo peacefully without them shifting the garments. Almost feel rushed. Its not the most tidy of places but cant beat the sweet deals. Its the thrill of the hunt that keeps me going back. The most you'll ever pay here is $2 on Thursdays
I agree with the person complaining about them closing early for no good freakin reason. Do they not realize it's an inconvenience to customers when they do that kinda thing? It takes about five minutes for them to close up and walk out the door the least they can do is keep their posted hours. It's not like they let anyone stay around past nine anyway.
Bring your own cart as they never have enough. And be prepared to dig through huge piles of clothes on the ground, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
This is a great place for bargain clothes even if you aren't a reseller but it is even better if you are. There are no dressing rooms but then garage sales don't have dressing rooms either. You have to guess if a particular item will fit. They open at 7 AM on Wednesday and Thursday. On Thursday they open up with newly restocked racks. On Wednesday they finish up the weekly cycle with everything that's left reduced to 25 cents each. After Thursday prices are reduced each day leading to the final closeout on Wednesday. When I have shopped my fellow customers were polite and well behaved but also focused on looking through the racks quickly and grabbing what they want.
Come early. Dig. It’s worth it. Best prices hands down. New stuff every day.
As far as the store goes, it's really convenient for those who need clothes on a tight budget. But the customers are so rude. Nobody gives you space or even says, "Excuse me." Good luck finding a cart. It gets very crowded.
