Wonderful service. Came on time. Delivered on time. Proper communication and was polite. Car got delivered without any issues. Just some dust (in open truck which is expected) which was also very less. Highly recommend this service for moving vehicle.
I had an unprofessional booking experience trying to ship my car from MA to CA. I was initially quoted $1642 for an enclosed trailer from Bruce and Jake who were very nice. A few days later, I contacted the company again. That time, their representative Chris, quoted me $1600. I then said my budget was at $1500, and Chris said he could adjust the quote to meet my budget if I booked on that same day. His exact words were: "If you make a reservation today, I will match at $1500." I agreed to proceed with the booking. However, the minute Chris realized I had called previously and had been given a higher quote, he quickly/immediately retracted his offer to meet my budget. This all happened in minutes. Chris gave excuses that his system had given him the wrong quote when in reality he quoted me the same I had been quoted previously (~$1600). At first, he offered to meet my budget of $1500 but then changed his mind because of the previous quote I had been given. Chris kept trying to give me a "discount" on an open trailer at a much higher rate than I had been quoted previously, even though I communicated that I needed an enclosed one. The experience made me feel like I couldn't trust the company and that I was being ripped off.
A relative of mine on the east coast didn't want their vehicle anymore and asked if I wanted it. Part of the deal was figuring out how to get it shipped to me. Went through multiple companies on the phone, comparing and contrasting rates. I chose this flat price company because they offered door-to-door shipping of vehicles. This was extremely convenient for me, my vehicle was literally dropped off at my doorstep.
It was my first time ever having my car ship to a destination, I was worried it may get damaged along the way. But the guys made sure to be careful, no damages were made. I will contact them again in a few weeks to have my car shipped back, I trust their services!
Decided to come home after finishing up school this summer, was a little stressed out about the move but these guys made everything so stress free, I also decided to have them ship my car. It felt so nice just taking a plane back home and having Flat Price Moving taking care of the rest!

Wonderful experience! Both the driver and the representatives in the office were very prompt with responses and communication was made very easy.
It was great - very responsive and helpful in the preparation process, and extremely affordable. We had a converted 1br with a ton of heavy furniture - while most companies quoted us much and up for the whole move, at the end of the whole process we spent reasonably. They were efficient, friendly, honest and nothing was broken or damaged. Even when our building changed our move in time to 8 am, they came at 6 am on the dot and didn't charge extra for the early move in. HIGHLY recommend!
