We ordered spicy chai tea. It was just ok. Had better somewhere else. They do have good coffee and pasties.
Came in at 3:00 on a Friday. Waited for about 5 minutes before being served. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating inside and out. Latte art is cool!
The drinks here are the best. We got the pistachio white chocolate cold brew and the orange vanilla mocha. Perfect outdoor patio for summer and the line went fast
Super cute little coffee shop with outdoor seating. They have all your coffee essentials and beautiful latte art too☕️! They also have pastries 🥐and breakfast sandwiches. Perfect stop for your morning! ☺️
Awesome staff. Cozy place to do some work. And most importantly Good tasting coffee, definitely try the maple latte.
Cold brew was very meh. Had to add creamer to make it enjoyable. Breakfast burrito was delicious though, also massive. Very friendly staff and cute spot though.
The Fremont Coffee company was a neat stop in my time in seattle. It has a nice atmosphere and is set in an older house, which makes the shop feel more welcoming. However, I would strongly advise against ordering their matcha. I ordered a hot matcha latte, and I simply could not enjoy this drink. Upon my first sip, the matcha was extremely powdery almost as if it wasnt mixed properly. And secondly, it smelled like algae in a fish tank which led to me not being able to enjoy this drink. I have had my run around with good and bad matcha, and this matcha definitely ranks among some of the worst I have had. I did have the turkey pesto sandwich, and my brother had a chocolate croissant which were both delicious. That made up for the atrocious matcha. My father had a specialty latte, which he really enjoyed and I had tried it. It was really good, and all of their coffee options excel in preparation. Overall, I think its a great place to stop by and try. But I do think the matcha can be heavily improved in either the preparation or opting for a different matcha powder.
This review is about sustainability only! 😌 By 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of the plastic we consume does not actually get recycled. Instead it lands in landfills, incinerators, and our waterways. For a cafe in a waterfront city, I was sad to see nearly everyone enjoying the coffee to stay…in a throwaway single use plastic cup. There seems to be a disconnect from the real mugs and plateware you indeed offer (love it!) and the execution of the drink. Perhaps your staff could ask customers explicitly if they’re staying to have the bevvy. Perhaps you could promote “for here” options on social. But the status quo surely isn’t working. Since you have the reusables already: promote them! Communicate them! Normalize them! Thanks for considering my concerns and feedback.
Got a mocha. They only sell drip coffee. It's neat that it's in a house, and there's lots of work space or place to meet with friends. You can also sit on the balcony and hang out there too. The barista guy was nice and very friendly. They also have some quick bite pastries too.
Cozy, inviting, welcome people, nice tables, beautiful sunlight, nice curvature of chairs, rustic red shade of chairs (some of the chairs, there are multiple colors), delicious peach italian soda, mysterious entryways, top-notch whip cream, crystals, cool lights, cool bird logo.
