I love this place. The staff are very helpful and they offer classes that are really helping me in life. I have never been to a place like this before. I feel so comfortable everytime I go.
Always here for women. If you need help, guidance or to talk through a career move. Fresh Start is here for the community. I'm always referring women to their doors. I'm proud to be a member.
They scheduled me for appointments to help me find resources to schooling, etc and then canceled them for no reason and never contcted me back after making me wait weeks each time to even get through to someone.
This company has been a total waste of my time . The staff are very unprofessional and don’t help at all. I wanted to take one class but they make you take several Pointless classes before being able to take the one you really need. This place is not for women who are already professionals, this is for people who don’t know anything because when you do treat you like you don’t. I would not recommend!

This place is unbelievable! Their resources are of stellar magnitude. Please go there if you need any type of guidance, personal or professional. There staff is excellent and they help hundreds and thousands of people in the valley! I love you guys!
I made appointment two times with them and they canceled it without any explanation. There is something shady in this place. Everything in their website is not true. They are not here to help people.
I used to love coming here to look for jobs they have a goodwill career center inside that I go too. No childcare service available tho, the receptionist are very rude. Not good place to go if you need help **NOT FOR FAMILIES **
Like any other welfare organizations, this organization basically does nothing for the improvement of the client.. it has been almost an year and a half,and am just trying to be eligible for any assistance.. pointless mandatory sessions that add no value to your life.. I wonder how they get funded on being so useless to the clientele they are supposed to support.. utterly disappointed..
This company is AWFUL!!! SO racist it's pitiful!!! But this 2 will pass, I mean, will end!!! The women in the company have SO many degrees but can't lead you or guide you in the RIGHT direction when asked, how sad & discouraging!!! ESPECIALLY Merle, Rebecca & Francis, just a BIG (and NOT cause they're ALL fat) joke!!!
