Everything is in good order on the shelf, your staff is very friendly and helpful. Cool place to shop. A good selection of smoke. I would recommend anyone to shop there.
Frequent customer here, From The Earth was my first dispo back in the Med only days and they have remained so consistent with quality and quantity that they have earned the right to be my preferred dispensary. Jo was super polite and helpful. I had a question about a product I had purchased previously and she showed me how FTE staff can review purchase history to help you find that one strain that was so good you can't remember what it's called lol. One of the few, if not the only, dispensary to let you reasonably inspect products prior to purchase. 10/10, would tip again.
Be warned that this store is now charging a 1% service fee on every single item purchased with a card. The ATM fee is standard and expected at a dispensary, but an extra service charge is not. The employee did not even tell me there were extra fees added. The previous system did round your total up, but we still got the difference back in change. I have been a loyal customer here for a long time now but I will take my business somewhere that doesn’t try to secretly get extra money from me.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful at this location, and they always have fun products!! Ashton was super sweet and helpful during my visit today :)
