The brand is great. But the customer service definitely lacks. I understand it's a busy area. But if you want great customer service but want to stick with the brand just go over to From the Earth Southwest boulevard.. am I have different deals but better customer service
Timm was awesome and very helpful. I wasn't sure what to get and he patiently helped me find what I needed. He recommended a few and let me smell them and told me the effects and got me a discount. I will definitely come back here again.

I still wonder why weed these days get dry real quick if you left it out in the open and some time it turns into dust Back in my day, if we Left a bud out in the open it stay moist longer and sometimes I forget to put up my smoke and left it out overnight, it's still moist.
