If I could give 0 stars, I would. But alas, at least one star is needed. I have family that came out of the country and needs a tuberculosis test done. They came to this location mid September to get blood drawn, paid the fee and left. Came back a few days later and were told that the initial blood draw was done incorrectly and that they had to redo the test as results were inconclusive. Well today they went back to get the results back and we’re told that the second time the blood was taken it was again done incorrectly and results were inconclusive and they had to do it AGAIN! Not a doctor/nurse so not sure how many ways you can draw blood “incorrectly” to cause test results to be inconclusive but that is ridiculous. But, that’s not all. The attitude of the staff was ridiculous as well - rude, inconsiderate, gas lighting my family in making it seem like they were crazy and that the test just had to be redone - in what world is that ok? Government facilities I guess anything goes. Anyways, if you want to be poked and prodded multiple times and be dealt with in a rude manner then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay away.

I want to be a little bit of light to these negative comments. I have been coming to this location for quite sometime and NOT ONE PERSON HAS EVER BEEN RUDE TO ME and that’s over 15+ years! I honestly believe most times, you get what you give off. A lot of people think coming to receive medical service is somehow supposed to take 5 mins just bc they’re in need of service! A lot of times people come in with rude attitudes, extremely impatient and think others are to be nice to them. It does not work like that! The staff here are AMAZING people just doing their jobs with little pay, little help and all complaints from patients who don’t even want to pay $20.00 for services! I get not wanting to be somewhere for hours and hours but consider the circumstances. Most of us wouldn’t want to work where we were short staffed and underpaid yet these people come to work to be there for US and all they get are you alls complaints! I have never seen the place dirty, they give amazing service and Dr. Prickett is just one out of the amazing Doctors that actually cares about us and our health! The customer service reps are so sweet and efficient! I don’t even go to a private doctor because the doctors here care wayyyy more! My reviews get lengthy so I’ll end this in saying, before you complain, please know these great people are doing their best for US! They work with the system they have and they show up! Have a little bit of patience, it’s HEALTHCARE, try to be open minded when you’re asking for help and remember we ALL ARE HUMANS! I love it here and I will continue to come until the doors close!

Walked in to send and request documents. There was only 1 person in the waiting area so needless to say, I was out in no time however, after reviewing the documents, I noticed that some information on my records was incorrect. I went back less than an hour later to have it corrected and they were closed early due to "everything that's going on". The customer service rep behind the glass was really helpful during the initial visit. Don't bother calling, the phone doesn't ring. Came back the next day to have documents faxed over to another facility and I guess Sonja in the medical records department pretended to send them because she told me that she had faxed them, gave me her personal cell phone number, and told me to call her if the recipient hadn't received the documents within 24 hours as it "takes time" for the documents to go through. About 5-10 minutes after leaving, Sonja called me and informed me that she hadn't sent them and that I would need to pay $21 in order for her to fax the documents over. Which is strange because before I left, she assured me that she had faxed over the documents.

Absolutely terrible. Called in on a Tuesday to find out about coming in. Spoke to a lady who gave me all the info over the phone. I told her I would be coming in Wednesday afternoon. She said "ok, see u then". Show up Wednesday at 3pm and they closed at 11am. Wasted time, money and time off work. Unbelievable.

It's a long process. It really seems intentional how long it takes just for results they call u to do. A simple follow up should not take two hours.

Terrible smh the most gossiping place I have been to suppose to be professional nothing professional about it can’t even get through on the phone yall are horrible who interviewed yall !!! Just sad

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I had an appointment and well over 2 hours later still haven’t been seen. There were over 10 other people in lobby everyone including those who didn’t have an appointment were seen and still here. Just disappointed. No other words to describe my experience.

Name tags uniforms supervisors names and contact information should be visible in all doctors office business and company vehicles different company vehicles all lined up blocking public transportation and residential parking who do we call when I guess they all be on break who knows you think it's hard to fine the criminals

ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS!! After going for an std screening in September i was told that I would be notified THE NEXT DAY, after receiving no call I repeatedly called and never got an answer, now after 3 months which it is now January, I finally received my results from a lady who started 2 weeks saying they are "a little behind” and I was not happy to hear them.
