Very bad at giving appointments
for banjos resources nothing
From the beginning they have treated me excellently. I feel very comfortable when I go to the clinic. The staff is very professional. I hope to always go there.
Wish I could give it zero. Made an appointment for an issue I'm having which is VERY uncomfortable bordering on painful. The nearest appointment was a month away. Understandable. Flash forward to today, AN HOUR before my appointment. They just called me to say the doctor isn't going to come in today and we need to reschedule the appointment. ??????? An hour before my appointment? Okay, sure. I took off work to come to this and I live paycheck to paycheck, that being the reason I was going to this clinic but okay fine. The closest appointment that thay have to reschedule my existing appointment is over a month away. All the other Gardner clinics don't have availability until two months from now. Really?? You would think that a clinic like this that is doing charitable work would actually care about the people they're helping, but I guess not. What a horrible institution, I strongly encourage anyone thinking of coming here to rethink.
This place should be shut down. You make an appointment to see an OBGYN doctor but instead see a Nurse Practitioner. The lab is dirty and it is only one person doing all the lab tests including paperwork and they put the urine sample and blood test in same place. Stay away from this place.
I was there for over an hour just to have no ultrasound of my baby. This place is terrible and they have a terrible attitude. I was asked to set up my own bed even though that’s THEIR JOB. If all that wasn’t bad enough they give me a consent form to sign for my other ob/gyn to send ultrasounds and gave me no pen to sign with whilst staring at me with a stoned look on their face. I should have refused because it seems like an excuse so they don’t have to give an ultrasound. They sent my prescriptions to St James Health Center even though I told them I go to Walmart Pharmacy. To top it all off they made an appointment for me without asking if I am available that day. They kept asking the same questions: “where did you get your ultrasound” and “when did you get your ultrasound.” They even went as far as calling me to ask me the same stupid questions. I just hung up on them because they’re a waste of time, clearly. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend Gardner Health to anyone.
Had an appointment today and felt heard and seen. My appointment with doctor Kohut, was thorough and I'm appreciative of her going out the way to give helpful suggestions when it comes to following up with my health. As well with the receptionist, welcoming, professional and helpful with making future appointments. It's usually never a quick in and out but they do their best. I felt seen and appreciate the help I received today!

Hello , My experience hasn’t been great. I’m getting help , with my rent i gone through 2 different case managers .. my last case manager was ok .. the last 2 not so great . I ask for a new case manager who is more understanding and helps me accomplish my goals . The supervisor sets me up with my first case manager which he’s communication wasn’t good and the working relationship fail . Why would put me with someone that didn’t. Workout in the first place , It doesn’t make since to me ??? .and some of the staff can be very rude . Like many of my friends said “ just hang in there “
