Went in for a pre natal care did not get acknowledged while we stood there waiting for help , would not recommend too anyone
I am truly embarrassed by the way this place handles business. I had blood work drawn, but the doctor who was supposed to read my results was not there and/or available. They found some random person to read my labwork..... ..... which was not only misread, I was also misdiagnosed. Yes, misdiagnosed!!! I was told that was the case because the result was not highlighted in red ....are you kidding me? This is a human body, my body. Fast forward to another appointment, " a phone call." which was supposed to be at 315, someone called me to confirm if I'll be available at 3p, I confirmed.....I'm still waiting for the doctor to call it's 4p. This is not good for people's health. Pray it gets better.
You guys have workers that don't ever call for scheduled appointments and then apparently call and say the appointment was missed . WHY DOESN'T YOUR STAFF DO THEIR JOB. Your workers are lazy horrible staff , whats the purpose of working at a health care clinic when you can't even provide the services that come along for the patients you have? I wouldn't recommend coming to this clinic . Communication 0/10 , Staff 0/10 , Customer service 0/10 you guys should be shut down .
Horrible went to ask for care there were like 4 nurses didnt turn around one stepped out seen me still didnt help dont even waste your time …
Young girl in the front was rude and expected my disabled mother (who can barely walk) to come and attend my mother appointment. I arrived 3 mins later due to Gardner changing the appointment last minute from 10:30 to 10:00 am.
They deleted me review on google Wish I could give them 0 stars. Made an appt in end of July, couldn’t see me until September 9th at 2pm. September 9th they call me at 10 am they call me to tell me the doctor is not available today, and if we can reschedule. I have 2nd degree burns over my body along with other issues and needed to be seen in July. They went through with a telephone appt and said there is nothing they can do for me because I need to be physically seen. They stated the next available appt is December 1st!!! Never had this type of treatment by a doctors office, terrible
I want to sincerely thank Destiny Garcia for all of the time, effort, and dedication she put into helping us through the intake process. Even though we ultimately chose another program due to confusion and miscommunication involving multiple programs, Destiny remained professional, patient, and supportive every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure we received an intake and took the time to answer questions and guide us through the process. Her compassion and commitment to helping others did not go unnoticed. While we decided to pursue a different program for our current needs, my experience with Destiny left a very positive impression. Because of the care and professionalism she showed, I fully intend to consider Gardner for my own therapeutic services as an adult in the future. Thank you, Destiny, for your kindness, understanding, and outstanding customer service.
I also wish I could give this place a 0. New patient going in , and was told to be there half an hour before my appointment. Fast forward, had to wait 2 hours just to be taken into a room. Will not be returning there for a 2nd appointment.
My case manager had a temper tantrum & for once in my life I didn't. I don't find you guys very helpful except for my rent payments. This whole time it's pretty much like every other provider I have had. So don't take it personally but you guys don't really help.
Would Not Recommend. I Got A Prescription From Here That Constantly Needs Exams For Refills. So, I Go Every Time And Do Everything The Doctor Says For Approval Of Refills At My Pharmacy. But When I Ask My Pharmacy About Needing The Medication Refilled They Say That I No Longer Have Refills. Prior To This I Had 2 Exams With Approval For Refills And Have Been Waiting For The Meds. This Place Is Horrible. They Are Never On Track And Could Care Less About Their Patients.
