Overpriced items and always very messy. Employees roll out carts full of items and just park them at the houseware area. Customers are expected to rummage through them I guess. They are selling Walmart brand kid clothing at a higher price than if you would’ve bought it brand new. A glass vase is nearly $3 when you can get it brand new for $1 at the dollar tree. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to be trained better and yes, I have brought the pricing issue to the attention of management and they just stare at you. Also, we all know what the proceeds go to but that is no excuse to stick it to the customers. Especially when the products are donated. Without the customers you wouldn’t have a business. Someone in a higher position seems to have forgotten that.
I always find something good here
The staff was not nice and unprofessional, the woman that was informing us that they were closed Was short and snappy. All she said was "we're losed you need to check out" there was no nice or professionalism to it. The woman at the register needed help and what seemed to be the manager, an older man, was less than happy that she needed help and expressed it verbally and loudly on front on several customers, left without helping and came back with the same attitude and was ride to her. It made the visit very uncomfortable not just for us but the people behind us as well.
Leo, Eileen & Sky always helpful & pleasant. Prices a little high.
This store used to have a large assortment of items on the shelves, not always in the best condition but they had a good variety. Now the shelves are pretty much empty with stuff that’s very clearly overpriced. A bunch of goodwill brand shoes and belts hog up the shelves. I hesitate to call this location a thrift store.
This is a big store and has alot of selection.
The women and men who work at this location seem to be very flirtatious from the managers to the cashiers somebody higher up should really think about new managers and workers
Organized & easy to shop & you're greeted when you first enter. Lots of brand name clothing at pretty decent prices. I felt a lot of the houseware items were insanely overpriced though. I'm not sure who's in charge of pricing, but it's not consistent. I saw things from dollar tree that were priced over $5 which is crazy. If you're going for clothing, I think you'll make out, other items really are hit or miss though. Overall, worth a visit.
Every time I shop here, the employees treat my family with a level of kindness that is above and Beyond 🥳 I absolutely love these people! 😊💖
I have always enjoyed shopping at this location. The employees are most welcoming and products are good - however over the past 6 months or so (maybe longer), the prices seem to be very high, especially since Thrift Town left the Metroplex area. Not too impressed with management either. My Debit Card would not scan. I asked if they could "key in" the numbers. The Manager was called and he refused to. I had to go to my car to get another card. What bewildered me was three days later at Goodwill on North Beach, the same occurrence with my card (got to get a new one). The Manager keyed it in for me. Nice! Plus, the prices at the North Beach location are markedly more reasonable.
