I love this store! Im 23 years old and a huge thrifter. I am here about 5-6 times a month just for the fun of it. The staff is so sweet and always courteous to me. All these negative reviews about the staff hurt my heart. We are all human and doing the best we can. I LOVE YOU GOODWILL!! Keep up the good work. I'll be back up there soon. :)

All Goodwill staff are so awesome!!!
Now, even a few years later, this store is terrible!!! Still can't equally price items correctly which means a tiny item that is practically worthless is marked $8.99 and a huge item you could get at Walmart is marked $3.99, it's not consistent because the next day these will be oppositely priced. OMGGGG it's a thrift store for crying out loud, so price it like a thrift store for God's sake!!!!! Kids allowed to run around riding on scooters that are on sale and no one managing to tell the parents that they need to supervise their children!!! Now that they built this Community Room there, there is no furniture AT ALL anymore!!! Goodwill of Ft Worth has terrible upper level management in their home office and could careless about their inconsistent pricing and helping their employees!!!
The older cashier lady literally raised the price on an item that went together. Then she called the manager on another item, and the manager said one price and she kept trying to say it was more. We had to call the manager again so she could get the correct price. She was extremely rude. I usually go through the line of a skinnier lady who is extremely sweet, but this older lady needs to go!

Workers hide thing for there family members, every morning they come in after everyone and some how always get good Jordan’s in a cart full hiding towards the back
I was disappointed tonight. I went there and the cashier was rude and put me on hold while ringing me up and answered a call and then talked to someone after and took forever ringing up my order. The manager was rude too. I was actually disappointed with customer service tonight.
Way too expensive... one chair was $20 other locations have them at $6
No longer giving military discount is weird...
