Terrible place of business. Rude workers and would not help unload a trailer full of donations. Then the guy wanted me to sort out the donations so he wouldn't have too. Take your donations to the salvation army
I swear, you would think that they are afraid to open registers and actually check you out. Another establishment overtaken by the "poor mistreated entitled" where break time is abused and customers are the least of their concerns. It's a business that basically has it products given for free, yet the employees are going to see to it that this place is shut down due to lack of customer service. Jeez, the "entitled" are like viruses that kill the host. Memphis/Bartlett sucks. You nailed it on the head David Cunningham. Call it racist, but it's so damn true.
I can always find good deals at this particular Goodwill location. The store is neat and organized. I love their selection of dresses, shoes and women's clothing.
The new CEO want allowed any goodwill to sell jewelry all jewelry goes to the employees and not to any customers she say you welcomed to buy shoes and purses but no jewelry prices will be doubled and higher and most of the employees we used to know will not be back caused they limited the staffed service goodwill corporate store used to be one of the bestselling resales I will stick to online estate sale due to CDC guidelines
The retail area resells donated items at a fairly high price. If you go around to the side there is a Bargain Barn. This is where items that don't sell in the retail area go. Items are placed in large bins with wheels and it's first come, first serve.
Wow! Talk about a bunch of over priced junk. These aren't even donations, they're store returns and they're still more expensive than if you bought it brand new in the store. $69.99 for an old beat up first act guitar, have you lost your ever loving mind!? Avoid this store like the plague and just go to Walmart, you'll probably save yourself some money. SMH
I was looking for a memphis tennessee decorative picture for my dining room and I know it was divine intervention that I walked into the bartlett goodwill and my picture was starring me right in my face for 12.99 to say I scored is in the understatement I love love love my picture and yes glory be to God... blessed 😊😜🙏💯
Cashier was very rude checking me out. She took off a sale sticker, said someone else put it on there. I asked for a manager. He solved the problem, but told me someone put the sale sticker on there. He left and the cashier huffed and puffed about it. You could hear her. She didn't say thank you and roughly put my item on the counter. There were lots and lots of items with sale tags on them and this item was clearly used with scratches on the bottom. I won't be back here.
They have more people standing around, then actually doing anything. There were only 2 lanes open and the lines were both backed all the way up to the back of the store. While other employees just stood around.
I shop here fairly often. Large selection of clothes, household items, etc. Prices have gone up a bit too much for this type of store but not terrible. Nice redo on the outside!
