I said yes to my dress!!! Grace loves lace was hands down the best shopping experience. It was like a dream, the interior was so stunning and they truly thought of everything. They take your measurements and go pull dresses that you want to see in your size! This made the shopping experience better than any other boutique I’ve been to. You can actually see what that dress will look like in your exact size. Kat was my stylist and she was seriously amazing. She was funny, knowledgeable, and very relaxed which made me feel no pressure and truly like the appointment was in my hands. Their designs are the highest quality, so classic but also fun and unique, you can tell a GLL dress from any other. I feel lucky to have had this experience I was truly a princess for the day. I can’t recommend this boutique more!
The store is adorable and the staff is wonderful—so kind and helpful! I had always heard that Grace Loves Lace dresses are comfortable, but I didn’t realize they don’t have zippers. You have to pull the dresses on over your head, which made trying them on a bit exhausting and makes me wonder how easy it would be after hair and makeup on the wedding day. The gowns are absolutely beautiful—I just wish I had known this detail ahead of time!
The whole experience had such a heartwarming, cozy feel - I truly felt at home and welcomed by the studio! I found multiple stunning dresses (it was so hard to choose!), and our helper, Kat, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and had such a great eye - she somehow knew exactly what would look best and understood my preferences even when I had trouble putting them into words. Thank you so much, beyond words!
I had such an amazing experience with Lauren at Grace Loves Lace showroom in Denver. This was my very first dress fitting and I was nervous and excited and Lauren and the staff at GLL made my experience so amazing! My mom was there to take photos and Lauren was so accommodating! I think I might be saying "yes" to the dress very soon and am excited for my next upcoming appointment with Lauren, my mom and my sister. I love that the gowns use sustainable materials and I felt like such a princess in all of the gowns. No zippers and they fit so comfortable! Thank goodness for designer Megan!! I DID go back and said YES to the SOL GLL Dress!! I got married in Oct 2023 in Cancun and have never had so many compliments on a dress in my life. I went to The Wedding Seamstress in Arvada to get my dress altered and Amy and Bre were AMAZING!
My consultant Kayla, was my GIRL. She is so down-to-earth, extremely helpful, and really insightful about things to consider with each design. Her flexibility to assist me over a few appointments was unmatched in my bridal journey. Kayla pulled out all the stops for my guests and me.
***EDIT - for brides that are hunting for a veil and dress*** - I bought my wedding dress from GLL at the end of February, and was bummed to receive an email on the 1st of March for their "buy a wedding dress, get a free veil" offer. I reached out to see if the Denver location could pro-rate my (pricey) dress to also include the free veil but was denied. Just a bummer that I wasn't made aware of this offer, especially when the team knew that I didn't need to rush to purchase my gown that specific week, and could have waited a few more days so I would've received a free veil (they retail at $300+). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IF YOU'RE SHOPPING FOR A DRESS, YOU CAN RECEIVE A FREE VEIL DURING THE MONTH OF MARCH. Sign up for their emails and you can pick from 6 different veils. - Original review I had the best experience with Taylor! This was my third bridal store and I ended up going to one more, but came back to GLL as I knew I had found the one. I tried on Aura and instantly cried hah! She fits like a glove, no zippers or buttons, but not too constricting. I can’t wait to dance all night with her on! I ordered the dress on a Saturday at the store, after trying Aura on a second time and sipping some champagne, and today (the following Friday) my package was just delivered. From Australia to Denver in less than a week, I’m impressed! I filmed the unboxing to send to my mom and sisters and rewatching it, all I can hear is my ooohs and ahhhs every other second 🥰 they really really take the time to package the dress with love and care. I am so excited to go to my seamstress on Monday for the (very minor!) alterations I’ll need for my bust & straps. Truly, cannot recommend Grace Loves Lace and Taylor enough. She made this experience so much fun and felt like she was my friend (she is, you are taylor!). I loved hearing that the girls in the back were drooling over my Tuscany Villa we booked for our wedding, and the fact that she remembered little details from our first appointment. Absolutely well done. I’ve told all my bridal friends to go to GLL.
My friend and I both came into the store looking for dresses and we had the best experience. Our stylist was attentive, easy to work with and didn’t make us feel pressured. This was a great first appointment to have!
I had such an amazing experience at GLL, Allie was my stylist, she went above and beyond my exceptions. Allie was the ultimate hype girl and made sure I felt comfortable and just all around made the experience what every bride is expecting. The "vibe", atmosphere, and aesthetic at GLL was top notch. We were greeted with champagne and the most lovely women. After going to David's Bridal and coming out in a dress with multiple other brides around was throwing off the mood but at GLL it was completely different. We each had our own dressing area with a comfy couch for my guest and when I put on the dress it was behind a curtain that was then pulled back to show my girls, honestly what I always imagined. Allie even went to the next level with a long gorgeous veil, a bouquet of flowers and put on my fiancé & I's song (then came the waterworks LOL). I cannot recommend any other bridal boutique for a bride to be. I'm so thrilled I got to say "yes to the dress" at GLL.
I cannot imagine a better dress-shopping experience. The Denver showroom is stunning and clean, but more importantly everyone inside was patient, not pushy! Stephanie put me and my mom at ease and she really knew her stuff. The lace is flattering, stretchy and truly unique - you have to feel it to believe it. Oh and they have several sizes available to try on in each style. One quirk I didn't know before visiting: They ask you to put a sheer cloth over your whole head to protect the dresses from makeup & oil while they help you into the gowns. It was a new experience haha - and not a bad one! The dresses are all pull-overs, so they'd be difficult to get into on your own. Plus, my sister got her wedding dress off-rack in a sample sale (different brand) and that thing was a mess, so I can appreciate that GLL wants to take care of the gowns that make the showroom experience what it is - and might ultimately be someone's actual wedding dress.
I went in for one of the rose lace dresses and ended up deciding on the Nathalia. The dress looked great in the showroom. My girls had a swell time in the shop but that’s where the good times stopped. I was dead set on adding their wedding backpack, which was out of stock. I checked daily and there was one so I ordered it and immediately. I got an email saying they didn’t actually have it in stock and I went about five rounds of emails to get their customer service agent to have one made and sent with my dress in 10 months. When the dress arrived it fit terribly. I was told in the showroom that I should only need minimal alterations as the gown is built for me. The top of the dress fit but the hips had so much extra fabric that I could have made pockets out of it. I also asked for no bustle and was told the longer train came with a wrist strap. The dress showed up with a bustle and a finger loop. When I emailed customer service they asked for photos to ensure I had put it on correctly. Luckily my alterations place got me in with four weeks to go and was able to take in the hips. Customer service offered to tell my professional gown alterations company how to alter the dress. I was out an additional $600 and was very stressed about how poorly the fit was. The photo with the white background is me trying on in the showroom. The other photos are of the gown I received trying on and then pinned. I recently got an email advertising the Nathalia gown and the hips were lumpy in the advertisement!
