This bridal boutique was my very first stop, and the most memorable one! I needed a dress ready within 1–1.5 months for my elopement (just two months away!), which might sound impossible—but not for Grace Loves Lace. They offer an amazing selection of high-quality dresses and stunning, versatile jewelry pieces. Most importantly, Kayla, our stylist, was an absolute gem, professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She addressed every little concern I had about fit and made the entire process seamless and special. If you’re looking for the dress and an exceptional experience, I can’t recommend Kayla enough. Thank you for making me feel so confident and beautiful!

This was my first and only stop bridal shopping. Kayla made my experience absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I came with my three best friends and mom, and Kayla honestly felt like she was a natural extension of our group! We had so much fun with her! She was professional yet personable, easy to talk to, and made me feel super comfortable even though I was essentially changing in front of a complete stranger. We were the only group in the entire bridal shop which I also appreciated. We had complimentary champagne as well which is always a great addition. Overall my experience was a dream come true. Would highly recommend!!

I would have to say my experience at Grace was exceptional because of Kit. The process can be a lot, and you can forget what you loved. But she always brought it back to me, and what I wanted but was also graceful, reassuring, dependable and overall just a blessing in disguise. Thank you Kit for making my first dress experience everything I could’ve have dreamed of and more! You’re the best. Couldn’t recommend her or Grace enough ✨

I was disappointed with my bridal appointment at Grace Loves Lace. The stylist who helped me, I believe her name was Talia, was kind and welcoming to my family, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience felt rushed and underwhelming. Three dresses had been pre-selected for me based on the inspiration I shared beforehand. Unfortunately, none of them aligned with what I was hoping to try. When I put them on, the dresses were simply zipped up without any clipping or adjustments to help visualize how they would actually fit. Since sample gowns are rarely the correct size, this made them look loose and unfinished and made it difficult to picture the dresses properly. And it looked like my breasts were about to be exposed at any given moment. At one point a bolero was suggested to pair with a dress, but it was only partially buttoned, which made the overall look feel incomplete and further highlighted the lack of fitting, adjustment, and care during the appointment. I was almost embarrassed for my family to see me in something that looked so unflattering when she pulled back the curtain to reveal what she had put on. After trying on the three gowns, the appointment ended even though there was still time remaining. I was told she didn’t want to “waste my time” pulling additional dresses, but I would have appreciated the opportunity to try a few other options or have some input in the selection. While the stylist was friendly, the experience ultimately felt impersonal and disappointing. Given the $50 appointment fee and the limited opportunity to try on dresses, I left feeling like I was a waste of time to this shop. Please see pictures- I have also included a photo of me in a dress at another shop with a dress that did not fit initially but was properly fitted to my body in effort to give me the full vision. You can clearly see that the other two dresses were ill-fitted and ready to slip off.

We LOVED our experience at Grace Loves Lace. Since we live about 3 hours away from Denver, we managed to fit 4 showrooms into a marathon day of dress shopping. This one was the last in our schedule, and we were running late. I called ahead to let Kayla know, and she was super sweet, insisting that it was no big deal and we could come whenever we were able. We walked up about 30 minutes after our appointment time, pretty tired from the day, and she couldn't have been more perfect for what we needed at that time of day. Relaxed, friendly, and with a narrowed down selection of dresses so that I wouldn't get overwhelmed. After a few minutes, I almost forgot that she was my stylist as she blended into our group so seamlessly and helped me as though she was a friend with my best interest at heart. I knew I was in good hands, and I'm SO excited to have found my dream dress! Kayla and I are still in contact now, working to get my dress ordered since I only have 3 months before the wedding. Noah, the dress I chose, will be custom made to my measurements in just a few weeks -- so, if you're a procrastinator like me, don't miss out on these dresses. I will likely have minimal or zero alterations needed and the quick turn around doesn't cost an arm and a leg. They are also BY FAR the most comfortable dresses. Seriously. Stretchy, soft, breathable, amazing! I see other brides have had an issue with them needing to go over your head, but all of mine could be pulled up over my hips... and they're so beautiful, who cares about putting it over your head if you have to? There are workarounds for that, so please don't let that stop you. I love these dresses and so will you!!

Grace Loves Lace was such a standout in my dress shopping experience. Sydney helped me both times I came in to shop; she was patient, knowledgeable, not sales-y, and just so great at her job. I was shopping on a tight timeline, so the ready to wear line was a game changer for me. So happy!!

I had the best experience at GLL! My bridal stylist, Sydney, was incredible. She had all of the notes on what I was looking for, and was able to pull a TON of gorgeous options- even for my tight budget. She helped me find the most perfect dress, offered recommendations on what would need to be altered (very few alterations needed!) and even provided various budget-friendly options to achieve the best fit. It is so important to the experience to have a stylist who listens, makes you feel valued, does not make you feel rushed, and does what they can to match you with a dress that works for your budget and style preferences. I cannot wait to wear my dress and would highly recommend GLL and Sydney!

Update on my post I had to do with my now husbands account! Since he wasn't able to respond back to Grace Loves Lace's response. I did contact them within the 7 day period of receiving my dress and they told me there was nothing they could do. This makes me feel the need to warn others even more of the lack of care!! They didn't do anything they're saying they "would have done." Grace Loves Lace said: As you mentioned, your gown arrived to you in mid-May as scheduled after ordering in December. We implore all our brides to contact our customer experience team as soon as possible if there are concerns with their gown upon arrival. In the instance that we had knowledge of any concerns, we would have been there to help support you towards a solution. We would have been happy to offer assistance to supply to your seamstress should they have had questions through your alterations journey to ensure your dress was looking beautiful, ready to wear for your special day. My original review: What a long stressful journey. It's so sad because I've been a fan of Grace loves Lace for years and when it came time I thought of no other place. All I would recommend is if you're trying on dresses here and love one but it's not quite right don't buy it. I tried on a medium, they didn't have any other sizes to try on so I trusted the sales lady that a medium is my best option. If that's "the one." "It's easier to take in than take out." "You can do all the alterations necessary." That was not the case for me ordered early December and received it mid May had to rush to find an alterations lady for my wedding in July. (She finished what she could 2 days before my flight.) The lace is beautiful but very stretchy and complicated to alter so heavily. Grace loves Lace will tell you differently. In my mad dash to get help the day before my flight, begging for help, they happened to have my dress in XS and it fit me so perfectly. They offered to sell me that one for 80% off with a hole in it, worn heavily and that was the best they could do. Nothing for my current dress. $4,500 after alterations all gone for a dress to not be worn. Anyway happy ending, absolutely was saved by Luv Bridal, a complete God send, got me in last minute and found a whole new dress. Shed lots of tears for their kindness and loving energy. 10/10 recommend everyday forever!

UPDATE: Emily, the Grace Loves Lace Customer Service Manager contacted me to discuss my experience. She was incredibly kind, she listened to what I had to say and validated my experience. Emily spent almost an hour on the phone with me asking questions and explaining how my experience would be a learning opportunity. She expressed how she was going to move forward and wished there was more she could do to change my experience. From this conversation I do feel strongly that she will take action in working with the stylist to upgrade her language to more body positive and that this can be a learning experience for every stylist. The main take away is we are all human and have off days. We can all do better and be more body positive especially in the society we live in now. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 and left my previous review below for anyone to read. Many of the comments I made still ring true but I can no longer say there is nothing positive from my experience at Grace Loves Lace. ______________________________________________________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: So utterly disappointed by my experience at Grace Loves Lace. First off, they preach that they are body positive and that was absolutely opposite of my experience. I was shamed about my body over and over and over again. Leaving my appointment I was almost in tears. It was just such a disappointing experience. For any girl that is not stick thin or perfect (aka nobody) please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I do not have anything positive to say about my experience with Grace Loves Lace and would not recommend anyone try on dresses or purchase a dress from Grace Loves Lace. Horrible. All around horrible.

I am over the moon about my wedding gown from Grace Loves Lace. It's everything I want - sexy and pretty, and feels like sweats (squat test approved!) But mostly I'm leaving this review to give a shout-out to Kat. She helped me feel so comfortable, confident, and supported. The whole experience has been excellent. I highly recommend checking this place out. I'll add a pic of the dress after the wedding :)
