Taylor is amazing! She was able to understand the styles and fabrics I gravitated toward based on the dresses I had picked to try on. Based on this, she pulled a dress for me to try on that was not on my radar… I’m so glad she did! It was THE dress for me! With my wedding being around the corner, she was transparent about which dress are available given my timeframe and that she wouldn’t put me in a dress for me to try on if it was not going to be available. I really appreciated that extra step. As she said, she’s not in the business of breaking hearts. Taylor was also attentive to my guests with me during my appointment, which we all appreciated.

Be ready to be blown away! The entire aesthetic of the store is just WOW. You feel completely seen as a bride-to-be from when you first walk in the door to saying YES to the dress. Kat was an amazing stylist- just completely authentic & genuine to curating her craft in helping me find my YES dress!

My experience with Grace and the Denver location has been amazing from start to finish. I bought my dress back in September 2021 for my October 2022 wedding. I worked with Sara and she was incredible! The showroom is beautiful, and I was able to try on all the dresses I wanted to and had an amazing time with my group. I really appreciated that the dressing areas were more private, rather than bringing you out in front of the entire store. I ended up falling in love with the dress that I had added to my try on last minute - but ALL of their dresses are beautiful and SO comfortable. Sara was kind and easy to work with, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. When I told her I needed to sleep on it, she said they'd be there if/when I decided, rather than trying to talk me into it like other stores did. The ordering process was easy as well. I purchased at the store, then I re-submitted my measurements online in April, and just received my dress this week (August). It's JUST as beautiful (if not more!) as I remember, and fits like a dream. I love that you don't have to make additional alterations because it's made to your measurements. Even though the dresses are priced higher, keep that in mind since you probably won't need to spend additional money to alter. Overall, I highly recommend the Grace dresses and this showroom. One final thing I DID learn - I bought sparkly shoes and the glitter snags the fabric since it's really soft and delicate. I'll need to get a coating put on them so that doesn't happen. Just keep that in mind when accessorizing with these dresses!

My appointment at Grace Loves Lace Denver was far and above the best wedding dress experience that I had! I was feeling intimidated by the dress shopping process, so I decided to schedule a solo appointment first (before shopping with my family) to ease the nerves, and I am SO GLAD that I did! I got to work with Taylor, and had an incredible time from the moment I walked in! She was so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and helpful in the process. She acted as a stand-in best friend/hype woman as well as top notch bridal consultant, and I couldn’t have imagined a better start to the process. I ended up finding the one with her, and was able to show my family a few weeks later! GLL dresses are by far the most comfortable dresses I tried on- they totally live up to the hype. Thank you Taylor and GLL!

Do not buy from here. The customer service at Grace loves lace is absolutely terrible, which is so unfortunate because my experience in store with the sales rep was so great. When I bought my dress I was concerned because it was slightly over my price range, however the sales rep assured me that since their dresses are “made to order” alterations would be very minimal (she told me they should be no more than $600). I followed all their steps, including going into the store, and having one of their sales reps take all of my measurements. When I received my dress a few months later I was very confused because it was extremely large on me. When I reached out to customer service they told me my measurements changed and alterations are part of the process. I am the exact same weight I was when I ordered the dress. I am now stuck paying over $1,200 for alterations and grace loves lace is offering no help or compensation for their unmet expectations. Very disappointed in this brand.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! All the dresses are so comfy which is so important knowing you’ll be in the dress all day! I had been to several other bridal shops and couldn’t find anything “my style”. I discovered this brand and immediately made an appointment (right before a flight out of Denver, ha!) We live in Aspen, so had to make it convenient. Ally was able to help me find THE dress in less than an hour - and the size for me perfectly!!!!! I ordered the Goldie and can’t wait to receive it. Great shop, I will be recommending. Thank you!

Kaylee was my stylist and she was extremely helpful and very patient. We arrived 15 minutes late and she still made sure we had the full experience. Although they only have about 30-35 styles they carry I was able to find a dress I absolutely loved! I ordered a ready to ship dress, aside from a minor technical issue the dress was ordered and shipped within a few days! The dress came in ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with it!

Overall, its a beautiful space. I expected a much different experience, however, after seeing so many videos online about Grace Loves Lace. I felt very rushed in my appointment; there were 2 or 3 other brides and their parties trying on gowns at once, so there was a wait for a couple of the dresses I wanted to try, cutting into my appointment time. More than one of the gowns I tried on were almost black on the bottom because they were so dirty, so it was really hard to get the full picture, especially when the gowns were bustled. I went to two other shops after, and not one sample gown I tried on was as dirty as these. The dresses were comfortable and the gal that assisted was nice.

I went to several places to shop for my wedding dress. Grace Loves Lace was by FAR the best experience. First off, my stylist Taylor was so sweet and helpful and professional. The space was beautiful and well designed. My party and I had privacy throughout the whole experience which was something that was important to me. These dresses are to die for. Everything was comfortable, beautiful, and well thought out. I ended up finding my dream dress here and I could not be happier. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dress to go here.
