Customer service is what I do for a living and it is my biggest pet peeve when someone doesn't understand the simple concept of giving exceptional customer service. I called to simply ask about making an order and I was cut off before I could even finish my sentence. Yes, I understand it's the Holidays and everyone is extremely busy, but to be cut off mid sentence and with that tone of voice. I will never call this place again nor will I ever recommend this business. Customer Service comes before ANYTHING.
Knowledgeable and friendly owner. They have a good selection of fresh cheeses and assorted goods. We'll definitely go back when in the area.
Jennifer is amazing! The owner, Jennifer, let me try a spicy curd (not sure which one) and it was amazing! Only spoke with her briefly but I can tell she really knows her stuff!!! Come on in and visit the only cheese shop in Jacksonville!!!
We just happened upon this place and couldn't be happier. The selections of cheese's and meats is fantastic. If your a big cheese and wine person check this place out. The bonus is there is a wine store nextdoor.

My favorite place to buy cheese in Jacksonville. This small business in Murray Hill will blow you away with the choices. Along with cheese there's a variety of Honeys, charcuterie & Crackers. Regular trips are on my to do list
Customer service is first rate! Sample before you buy! I like more kinds of cheese now, and I have learned a great deal about finer meats. A regular stop for me.
Found out about this place from my son's D and D game night. One of the guys brought a cheese box from here. Amazing! Went back a week later to get another. Cravings! The owner is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back for another box.
Worth the drive from St. Augustine! The store owner was kind, helpful and genuine. She helped me through cheese education, offered samples and there was no pressure at all! I will be returning and spreading the word!
