Never had an issue. Good products and clean store but our bud tender Ann Marie is the reason we keep coming back! She is amazing, has never steered us wrong, and is beyond professional. We hope every interaction/delivery is with her!

I love love Harborside San Jose, the always happy and helpful folks who work there and will continue to be a customer but.....a wee bit of a complaint: I've called ahead to see if they had a particular item as listed on the website with a "yup got plenty" only to arrive there and oops they don't. Then experienced a higher price in the store than what they have on the website. OK, not earth shattering events, my life wasn't altered into a downward spiral and I still gave them 5 stars but guys, customer service is EVERYTHING especially when it comes to where people are spending their money in this current climate. I want you to succeed and stay at the top so the tiny issues do matter so let the public know how Harborside indeed is the best place to shop.
I live coming in here especially on Sundays. Between 8-10 you get 30% off. They always have the best bystanders. I see Maribel often and her kind spirit and good vibes keep me coming back. I love how they have on sale items. Most other places they are products that are about to expire; not here tho! I got some stuff 40% off and it was packaged like a month ago. Def check them out and ask for my girl Maribel

Love this place sm!! Absolutely the best deal and quality in the area!! The budtenders are always so nice and happy to talk or answer any questions. Even when it's busy, they get you thru quickly, whether you do online pick-up or walk-in. The prices are the best in the area too and they're always so sweet n generous with the discounts!! Would recommend this spot 10 times over everytime!! <3
