Seems to be going downhill. Their menu and inventory is progressively becoming inaccurate. However, the employees are nice. This is a 2 part review. 36 hours after a order was cancelled due to inaccurate inventory, they still have failed to update the their menu. Your visit may be a complete waste of your time

Great staff, super helpful and friendly (shout out to Maribel). They run a lot of sales/deals each week so def worth checking out for their prices as well. Would highly recommend!
On Thurs, I placed an order to pick up Friday BUT by 8 Friday night, I knew I wasn’t going to make it. I filled out an online form and asked if they could hold it for me until Sat. I was able to pick it up Sat! Johnathan was able to find the order!!
Harborside is the best dispo ever! Great deals with a variety of brands to choose from. Can't leave out their amazing staff. Sunshine was a great help not to mention very welcoming. If your new in town or just want the hottest deals look no further <3

I am in a medical bind and can’t drive at the moment and I found this dispensary through the Jane app. Ann was my delivery driver and a really wonderful person. Very knowledgeable kind and great communication. She was very patient as I fumbled for my ID and my debit card And really a nice person she made my day of being trapped inside even better. Oh yeah the product is really great too thanks. :)

Absolutely the worse experience! Besides their way overpriced products the delivery service is a joke. Make sure the price is what it should be and beware the delivery drivers adding their own tip to your order. So many other legit dispensaries in the bay area with better prices and honest services.
