Hayes Company

Just bought an old house with four non-working fireplaces. Seller told us they had been there 20 years and never used the fireplaces. They were filthy, dirty and inoperable. But Miri at Hayes got them all cleaned and rewired and working beautifully, just like New! I am so grateful and highly highly highly recommend this company.

What a delightful experience. I recommend Hayes to anyone that will listen on honesty and integrity alone. My story is as follows, I reached out to Hayes online having seen one of their trucks in my neighborhood. I explained my fireplace pilot problem to them and received a thoughtful and extremely helpful reply. I was told that they would be happy to come out and service my fireplace but wanted me to know they were not an authorized dealer of my particular brand. If parts were needed , they would be more expensive and take a bit more time. Then, they offered up the local authorized dealer’s name and location and stated that may be my cheapest option if any parts were required. . . . What honesty and high integrity! I may not have been able to use them the first time out but will use them for anything else, without question. They have a customer for life!

The Hayes Company came in and re-caukled our windows throughout the house. The team of Jason and C.J. They work quickly and did an outstanding. Dan came in and provide an estimate for us. The team came started the work quickly. They cleaned up as they finished each window. They even hung some of the binds back up. My wife and I was very happy with their work. We highly recommend the Hayes Company for your needs. We have already recommended to two of our friends based on Hayes Company work here.

Ed, Jason and Brian did a great job removing all our insulation in our attic and replacing it. They were really friendly and professional! They covered the floors and cleaned up before leaving. They also communicated with us throughout the process.

Brian, Jamie & Marco did a great job with our insulation needs. Due to freezing bathroom pipes last winter, we needed cellulose blown into our garage attic. The team made a special appointment to show up on the day I was off work, which was so nice. Brian is amazing as he actually went up into the attic and as he said "army crawled" into tight spaces to ensure everything was covered. Hayes was the only company not willing to do the "drill & fill" method, which we liked because it is less work for us and a lot cleaner look. Definitely will use these guys again in the future. Absolutely the best experience with a contractor we've ever had. They arrived exactly on the dot when promised, were extremely polite and professional, and fixed our crooked shower door in less than 45 minutes. We've been trying to get it that straight for about 6 months and their professionals effortlessly adjusted it in no time. We now have no leaks or water splashing out and could not be happier with the service we received. If I could give the Hayes Company 10 stars i would! Thank you guys so much!!! This is a great company to work with! They answered all my questions and worked with my schedule. Jamie, Brian and crew were able to clean up the mulch in my attic (yes, mulch) and replace it with real insulation quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything before leaving. And they were a lot of fun on the job. I highly recommend this company!
