Julio came out to remove a birds nest from our direct vent for gas fireplace and installed a bird cage to prevent it from happening again. He also serviced and cleaned the fireplace and in the process of doing that he discovered that the Pilot-Assy NG needed to be replaced. Julio did an excellent job of protecting the area around the fireplace and cleaned up after everything was completed . I would highly recommend The Hayes company, very professional.

Working with Hayes was a great experience, from Dan's initial visit, to the professional and thoughtful workmanship Bryan, Luke, and Josh provided on-site. They were so congenial and easy to work with and we are beyond pleased with the results.

Trump stickers on the work van? Really? I actually had Hayes out to give me an estimate on insulating my attic space. I got bids from four other companies, who all recommended air sealing the penetration spots and blowing in fiberglass. Hayes wanted to turn the attic into conditioned space by spray foaming the underside of my roof and, as such, came in at a price four times higher than anyone else. Most of the other companies I talked to actively advised against conditioning the attic space in my house (I was told that if I really wanted to, they could make it happen, but they recommended against it). Jeffery was polite, prompt, and professional. No issues there. But what was recommended was significantly more expensive and overkill for my space - it just wasn't a good fit for what I needed. +5 for communication and professionalism, -1 for overkill recommendation, -2 for supporting fascism (not saying the company doesn't have every right to voice their opinion, but if you're driving around with political stickers on the work van, that's something other customers may want to know about)

Our whole experience with The Hayes Company was great. Adam showed up early to our attic insulation consultation and was very communicative. He listened to our needs and wants and made sure we got everything we wanted properly documented in our proposal. His follow up was terrific during the process. Brian, Josh, and Ben did a phenomenal job insulating our attic. They were professional and respectful. They left things better than they found them. We have noticed a huge difference in our home. It’s far more comfortable. That’s the “Wow” factor Adam said we would notice. We’re excited to see the difference on our utility bills. They Hayes Company took excellent care of us. We made our decision in part based on the many positive reviews. I hope our review is helpful to you, as well.

Juan and Emilio did a great job replacing my old Heatilator gas insert. The original company did a shoddy job on rough in and we had wasps inside all the time. These guys did the job right the first time! Highly recommend. Also shout out to David for his help in tearing out the old system.
