The Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had in Real Estate! I would give 0 stars if it was an option! This firm closed the sale of my house, buyer chose them! Lucky for me we used our own real estate attorney who handled my side, however, this firm was responsible to send out our wired funds! This firm incorrectly inputted our wire instructions causing delays in funding for 3 days! Absolutely no excuses for this and No apologies for this screw up on their part! Clients beware, hire competent professionals! Response to the owners lies! His firm improperly imputed critical information that caused the wire to be undeliverable and luckily $300k didn’t go missing! If the firm and supposedly a lawyer running this firm would have checked on Friday, he would have discovered his errors, it was my bank that found THE FIRM’S Error! Again, get proper representation!
