We have seen time and time again the care that Zac with Helio Greentech shows for their customers and they always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We have enjoyed doing business alongside Helio Greentech for the last 2 years.

Helio Greentech exceeded my expectations in just about every way possible. Before beginning my solar journey I did research to get average cost expectations. From there I got quotes from 3 different companies, one of which of course was Helio Greentech. While Helio Greentech was not the lowest total price, they were very competitive. You get what you pay for, and while i could have saved a thousand dollars going with the cheaper company, my initial interactions made it clear that i'd be paying for that money savings with my own time and effort. In the end it was clear that Helio Greentech was clearly the highest value when you factor in everything else that isn't easily visible. They took care of absolutely everything for me and made the experience very pleasant. My HoA fought me tooth and nail to prevent me from putting up solar panels and Helio Greentech provided me absolutely everything I needed to push back on my HoA and ultimately get my panels installed. From the initial consulting visit, to installation day and beyond, Helio Greentech has been an amazing partner in my solar journey.

I was interested in Solar power for my home, and contacted 4 different companies, local to Kansas City, to see what they offered. Of course, they all accepted my interest and sent energy consultants to interview with me. Mitch Magel was one of them. What an interesting person. Friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my particular circumstance. All the rep's I interviewed with also attempted similar characteristics; however only one felt genuine to me. I can't tell you how important that was to me.

Helio removed my solar panel system from my roof so new shingles could be put on. They did a fantastic job putting everything back on the roof. Zac did an amazing job coordinating and communicating with me.

I began looking into solar and received multiple quotes, including Helio. Although I did not end up going with Helio Greentech, Zac Caro my representative, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and handled himself like a professional. Having collected many quotes, Zac did not lie or mislead at any point, never disparaged the competition and worked tirelessly to handle all of my concerns.

I had an amazing experience in speaking with Jon about this company and the message they had to sell. He thoroughly went over everything and answered any questions I had in great detail. At this time due to circumstances, we did not have solar panels installed; however, the great customer service and product this company provides will be the choice for my family when we decide it is the time to go solar!

So I had two other solar companies come out to my house a give me quotes both or well over $100,000 for a complete off-grid solar system. I was discouraged when Helio came out to give me another quote but surprisingly they gave me a quote that was about 70,000 less than their competitors. Not charge you an outrageous amount of money for their products. They will be doing business with them

Our solar panels were installed back in 2018 and we had a great experience working with Zac and Chad every step of the way, Still loving our solar panels and it was a great investment for our home and worth every penny.
