Excellent service! Was in a bind and Zac made time for me.i would recommend Zac and his company to anyone! There is no better solar installers in the Kansas City Metro area!

A few months ago we found this company and asked for a visit to assess whether we would put solar panels on our roof. We also interacted with three other companies. HelioGreenTech was by far the best to work with. They were very honest, straightforward, and willing to work with our particular situation and did not apply pressure on us to make a decision with which we were not comfortable. In the end for various reasons (not because of anything we did not like with HelioGreenTech) we decided not to put the solar panels on the roof at this time. We are very interested in doing that at some point in the future and expect to call them back when we do.

We had been looking into getting solar for a couple years and already had decided on doing it before reaching out for a quote. Zac was very helpful and explained the whole process, did not push the sale, and was very responsive each step of the process. After installation, there was an issue with the reporting page and he was quick to get it fixed.

Zac and Brandon showed up within 15 minutes of our appointment time and got my inverter repaired within and hour. They’re very knowledgeable and personable. Great communication and service throughout the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone!

Had issues with my 5 year old solar system that was installed by a different company. I contacted Helio Greentech and received very professional support - the type of support one expects from their solar company. Very pleased with their customer service, thorough knowledge of their technicians and professionalism.

They were able to guide me through the troubleshooting process over the phone. Successfully finding and fixing the problem.

We had sort of a mixed experience. We were getting an inverter replaced. Things went wrong due to the particular type of inverter we needed, but got sorted out in the end. The good: Helio made an honest effort to get the problem solved despite additional expense to Helio. We appreciated this. The bad: communication was subpar, with dates for the unplanned repairs being scheduled without warning or on days we had already ruled out. Overall: good concern for the customer and for making things right, but perhaps overwhelmed with too much going on, leading to customer communication and scheduling issues.

Unfortunately, our HOA would not approve adding a roof-mounted solar panel system to our home. We had met with several solar providers and had really wanted Zac and his team at Helio GreenTech to install a roof-mounted solar system on our home. Zac and Jake took a lot of time meeting with us and designing a system that would accomplish the goals that we had as well as provided a lot of education on how each aspect of the system worked. They listened to what we wanted and made changes to their initial design recommendation based on what our goals were. We're so disappointed in our HOA and community that would not allow this project to go through! After 5 years of research and recently meeting with five different solar system providers, no one came close to the professionalism that Zac and Jake exhibited with us as we tried to get this system approved for our home.

Helio has been awesome to work with. They have answered all my questions from day one and have been professional and courteous. The entire project team has been great to work with, and they have really gone the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Huge thank you to Zac, Mitchell, Moses, and Kai. I have a very busy schedule, and this team has been flexible and all around just great. It's not just about the product, but the customer service they brought to the table has been excellent!
