Place is a scam. They sell you a subscription, then don’t even send your meds. It’s fraud.
Henry Meds customer service is great. Whenever I've had to email them for a question, I've always gotten a quick response. The providers are pleasant and offer great advice on how to get the best results. Very happy I chose Henry Meds.
Wonderful customer service with great success. However, very disappointed in whoever runs the official facebook page. I was blocked for no valid reason twice. The first time emailed Henry Meds. The second time who's knows. Was never able to comment or give support to others. I spent too much money to not be able to use resources. So got upset and canceled my service.
This is fake I have tried 2 different methods with henry meds neither time worked and was not allowed to try the product for 30 days and be eligible for refund they scam you say 30 days to try but they sign you up 10 days before you get your meds and when you request a refund they say your over the 30 day because it's from the date you sign up even though your told in the interview your told to take for at least full 30 days to work properly so there is no way to know if it's working or not b4. Also reoccurring charge comes in 5 days b4 initial sign up. Crazy the way they scam customers. And say you will be completely satisfied or money back guarantee.
Just the worst service ever. Product that requires refrigeration shows up hot. Or not at all. Impossible to get a human on the phone.
I have been with Henry Meds for seven months and lost 46 pounds. My pharmacy was switched, and the medicine was no longer effective. I reached out to Henry Meds on social media and they worked on getting me a replacement vial from my original pharmacy. Thanks!
