I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated home health team. As a Registered Nurse, I truly appreciate working for a company that prioritizes quality patient care, compassion, and respect for both patients and staff This is by far the best company I have ever worked for.
I have 2 disable children that I get both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care hours with this company. Before them, I had tried about 3 other companies and was very unhappy. Homecare Roots were recommended to me by CHOA, and I will say they are the BEST home health company I had. Rob is one of the owners, and the nicest and sincerest person you will meet…. and he personally answers questions WHENEVER you have them. This company treats you like actual family and not just another client…. 1000 /10… I MUST recommend to EVERYONE in the state of Georgia…. Thank you guys for always having my back!!!
AMAZING!! This is the best home care group. They have taken care of our family above and beyond what is necessary. They meet us for dinner just to see our daughter. Everything feels personal in the best possible way! One of my daughter’s nurses has become a close friend and my daughter thinks the owner is her boyfriend. I’ve had such a great experience working with HC Roots as a Registered Nurse. From my second interview to where I am now, I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the company. One of the biggest things for me is how supported I’ve always felt as an employee . But what impresses me more is seeing that same attentiveness with the families we care for. I’ve watched parents reach out when they need something and get a response without having to wait around or constantly follow up.When you work with families who depend on these services for their children, that matters so much and goes beyond the clinical side of care. Rob and his team and have been so helpful and supportive over this past year helping find nursing staff for my daughter. we’re new to this as she wasn’t born with a disability but unfortunately suffered from a really tragic car accident, Rob and his team have made this seem so easy and definitely taken a weight off me by helping ensure my daughter is cared for with his team! he is very responsive and is there everytime we have needed him or even just have a question! he has his clients care as a first priority and it shows! so thankful for them, for helping our family during this time!

I’m a registered nurse who takes great pride in providing care to clients in a compassionate and professional manner. I love working alongside an agency that allows me to build trust and everlasting relationships with the families I serve. Home Care Roots is not the typical agency that likes to micro manage. From experience, most agencies are far too big with too many chiefs and not enough Indians. When too many people are involved communication gets lost, the relationship between the nurse and family gets severed, and the agency gets a bad reputation. After working with a couple of other bigger agencies, I have found HCR to be a breath of fresh air and do not wish to work alongside any other agency if I can help it.
