I have had multiple suits made by Icon and I could not be happier. I receive compliments every time I wear them. They truly have an eye for detail and they leave you feeling confident in your look.
Exceptional experience! I am not an expert in suits and Icon team was very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me on difference in styles and fabrics. Very good value.
Tried to make an appointment to buy a couple of suits. After a couple of emails, they stopped corresponding. Even the initial email responses were not prompt. In the end I should have thanked them because if this is the type of customer service to expect I’m glad it was apparent early on and I could take my business to a more customer friendly shop.
Very impressed by the end product! They pay very close attention to detail, are experts in the space, their fabric & color options are extensive, and I walked out feeling like my money was very well spent! Will recommend them whenever I can.
I'll be the first to admit I don't really know what I'm looking for when it comes to a new suit, but I knew I wasn't finding what I wanted at the stores I went to prior to heading in here. Paula and Dmitri took fantastic care of me from start to finish. The shirts and suit fit perfectly upon arrival. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and I will def. return again!

Made an appointment at this place in mid-January 2022 in hopes of having a suit made for a wedding. At a time when the omicron surge of covid is at its peak in the Denver area, it was astounding to find the proprietor neglecting to show any apparent concern for the well-being of a potential new customer by failing to mask up for our appointment. As I turned and walked back out the door I could only shake my head at the apparent willful disregard for my safety and seemingly purposeful neglect of such a simple public health practice in this so-called service business.
Getting fitted at Icon Custom Suit is a wonderful experience. Their expertise is unparalleled and appreciated and I feel like a million bucks in my new suit.
Incredile Bespoke suit tayloring experiences. The team helped me to specify and tune in the vision of what I really want in order to create a suit that fits my taste and style. It is different from what I originally envisioned, but in a such a more refined and finesse manner.
My fiancé and I had an appointment with Angelo this past weekend, and we had such a poor experience. I hope no other couples go through a similar experience, and HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere before even beginning an Angelo-headache, because it will definitely progress into a migraine. There are so many other wonderful places in Cherry Creek to take your business. My fiancé had been communicating with Angelo and had warned me that he came off as “sassy,” and boy was that an understatement. In person, we found Angelo to be extremely rude and condescending. His attitude screamed “if you peasants don’t know your suit terminology, you can get out” while his actual words screamed “if you don’t know what you want, I can’t help you” [despite that being WHOLE POINT of a consultation]. A pretty unpleasant guy and an even worse experience for two people who are new to custom suits. Our experience… First, Angelo was 10 minutes late. No apology - just “running late” as a reply after we arrived to a closed store and emailed him to see if we were still on. When he finally arrived, he acted as if we didn’t have an appointment and asked who we were and why we were here. Just SUCH a professional right off the bat (hopefully you sense the sarcasm). It goes without saying, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome right off the bat. Angelo continued to ask a handful of questions while we tried to convey that we weren’t quite sure what we wanted, and were there to figure that out by hopefully trying out a few different styles. Angelo told us that doing that would be a waste of time, and that we should just use Pinterest. It was as if he simply didn’t want our business. When we tried to throw out a few ideas to move the consultation along (because Angelo certainly wasn't helping with that), Angelo offered his counterintuitive two cents (and I quote): “you’re too early and you’re too late.” And when my fiancé mentioned seeing something on the Icon website he liked, out-of-touch Angelo acted as if we were a couple of preposterous idiots for referring to “basket weave” fabric as “waffle knit.” As if he’s *never* heard of or seen a waffle knit robe. Thanks to Angelo, we went about two blocks down and ended up with not only one, but two custom suits for our wedding. State and Liberty certainly didn’t tell us we were too early or too late, and we had a blast TRYING THINGS ON - which is just a crazy concept when you’re trying to figure out what you like, right Angelo?
