My experience with Inti Solar Group has been extremely disappointing. Communication from the company has been virtually nonexistent. After signing the contract, getting a response or even a simple project update became nearly impossible. The most concerning part was the conduct of the salesperson, Cedrick, who made promises and presented agreements during the sales process that were never honored. Once the contract was signed, he stopped responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails, making it impossible to clarify the situation or resolve the issues. This is not an isolated case. I have spoken with several of my neighbors, and some have shared that they experienced very similar situations with the same salesperson, which is extremely concerning. A company that provides these types of services should operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Inti Solar Group. I cannot recommend a company that allows this level of poor communication and fails to properly oversee the practices of its sales representatives.
We have been deceived in the most vile and childish way. My wife, Gloria Alvarez, and I were offered many things, but only one was fulfilled: they tricked us by saying the battery was included with the system, and to our surprise, it wasn't. They abused our good faith. Now no one is responding to us. I went to the address listed on the website, and it's just a resort. The system was finally activated after six months. Today, we will begin filing complaints and taking all necessary legal action. We feel swindled and our good faith has been violated.
