Jacksonville Coffee Company Downtown location …ok looking great!!!!! The new look is clean, modern, and inviting while still feeling warm and welcoming. The coffee is excellent,nd the Dylan and Rona are so kind! ❤️ You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. Ordered the seasonal strawberry matcha advertised like this on the insta and received a sad grey concoction. Didn’t taste like strawberries and it didn’t taste like matcha. Missing strawberry pure at the bottom that they instead decided to replace with what I assume is strawberry cold foam that didn’t taste like strawberries. Literally undrinkable. I expect the item I order to look as advertised.
Great new coffee place with the nicest couple making very coffee. The place is small and modern with a welcoming atmosphere. The menu is simple and coffee pleasant to the palate. The owners are personable and eager to please. I say stop by and get a cup. I had an iced oatmilk latte and it was delicious 😋
Rona and Dylan were so welcoming and friendly! They helped me pick out a drink and I loved it. My drink was well made and the environment overall was very pleasant and clean. Definitely coming back and trying more drinks and pastries.
Stopped in while my wife is running Gate River. Not sure what coffee they are using but my basic hot latte was AMAZINGLY good! I keep it plain , and so I can taste the roast and it is great! Also had egg, sausage & cheese croissant that was perfect! Line is currently long so better get in early! Highly recommend!
I recently went to Jax Coffee Company and I was extremely impressed. Not only from the professional and kind staff or clean and modern aesthetic. It was the smooth, tasteful and quality coffee they provide. Not many companies care about the coffee they produce but Jax Coffee does! After finding out they roast the beans in Jacksonville I knew this would be a place I would frequently visit. If you are looking for a spot to bring family ,friends or simply to get some much needed relaxation or work done; then Jax Coffee Company is the place to go!
This was a weird experience.. It's like walking into a place that's not supposed to be there? The food case only had a few unappealing looking items. The worker was nice, just messed up my order a little but offered to remake it. It gave me the vibe of being on a movie set, like it wasn't a real coffee shop. Anyways, I love the Southside JCC, so I'll just stick to that one in the future.
No bang for the buck! Enjoyed the coffee but it was nothing special. Bought a pecan roll that was hard as a rock. Had to throw it out, it was inedible. They took minimalist to a new level, that is sterile. Not welcoming or cozy. Would not recommend.
The coffee shop is new, and the guy who attended us provided great service. The drinks are affordable and well prepared. There’s a small area with a few chairs where you can sit and sip your cup of joe.
