I could always count on Jim to get back to us within an hour or two at the latest, which is very rare these days in business.... More importantly, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. My husband had his license restored! After using a different attorney first with a poor outcome, we contacted Jim after finding him online, and he gave us reason to be optimistic that he could help us. Worst experience ever with James Goldberg. He says one price and charges another on his contract so pay close attention. He has no trial experience whatsoever and he isn't knowledgeable in criminal cases just one plea bargain. He didn't go over any of my husband's discoveries at all and made so many mistakes in the courtroom he had to do a continuance. My husband wanted to go to trial due to prosecutors having no evidence on him and instead of trial James missed the court date didn't put in for trial just another status for 3 months later and withdrew from the case. James is intimated by people of knowledge. He gets high and can't focus. When he promises to do things and you bring it up that he hasn't done so he gets really upset and very unprofessional. He never set up anything for clients to call that's incarcerated therefore I have to relay messages to his client and from his client. I wouldn't recommend him to my enemies. Not worth the 1 star at all.

Mr Goldberg was belligerent, and verbally abusive He failed in his most basic duties and was completely inappropriate. One star is inaccurate, it should be negative 5 stars. The worst attorney and professional we have ever encountered STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!

I contacted James seeking legal advice and was disappointed with the experience. During our call, many of my questions went unanswered while the conversation repeatedly shifted toward personal questions that did not appear relevant to my inquiry. After the call, I received an unsolicited text message from him that I perceived as intimidating and inappropriate. The overall interaction left me uncomfortable, did not provide the guidance I was seeking, and did not inspire confidence in his professionalism.
