I worked with this crew on a siding project for a large complex. They did great work, swept the areas with roll magnets, and cleaned up after themselves as they went. Slow to complete work (3 weeks and counting!), and they leave a god awful mess for residents to contend with while work is not going on. There’s trash, insulation, stucco residue, nails, etc, covering my back patio and yard, which renders what little outdoor space I do have unusable. If I had a choice, I would’ve went with a different company entirely, unfortunately I live in post housing and to the lowest bidder go the spoils. Pictures attached are from weekends and when work is not actively on-going. This is unacceptable. We still live here at the end of the day, and they couldn’t care less.

JMI has done a wonderful job for our community!! When we acquired our property JMI handled our exterior upgrades, ranging from siding replacement, exterior paint color change and roof replacement! Josh has done Amazing work for us and is very easy to work with and he is very effective in communicating project updates!!
