JMI Contractors recreantly completed a large roofing project for us. the service, communication and workmanship was excellent. from the initial visit by their estimator everything was handled in a timely manor. they also assisted in settling the claim. once the contract was issued their operations team took over and provided a detailed schedule and covered all of the logistic items with the onsite team and communicated them all the way to the end of the project. I’ve collaborated with JMI on several projects, both interior and exterior. Most recently, they constructed an 8,000 sq. ft. pet park at the Ranch at West End Apartments, along with a stunning cabana featuring a fire place and gas fire pit with crush granite, that surrounded it. I’m very satisfied with their pricing and craftsmanship. Josh was our main contact and was excellent in keeping us updated throughout the process.
