Great find while searching for spots to get beer on Untapd. Somewhat difficult to find, but they were nice enough to keep putting signs that even though it looks like you’re heading into a dead end alley you are in fact almost there. Great concept with the pour your own beer which isn’t new, but they made it way more fun making everything out of wood. I’ve been to a few places with individual taps, but this one you get a key fob which activates the tap and then there is an old school cash register type counter tracking your ounces. Best part is after you stop, it flips all the way back to 00 with a very satisfying clattering noise. Really fun concept and well executed. I’m concerned people may lose the little key fobs, or break the tiny little hooks for hanging the fob over the tap, but I’m sure they can work that out. Think there were 20 beers and ciders on tap but at least 5 were kicked or out of order when I was there. A great mix of styles and varieties with some fun local finds. I actually didn’t try the food but there were some creative pizza options for sure. Really cool atmosphere as well with a few different seating areas, some communal and others more private. Really great spot and will be back when I’m visiting Seattle for sure!!
Cool vibe. Love the concept of this place and its potential. The poor guy working was the only one on staff. The key fobs were having trouble working, the kegs kept blowing, some of the taps wouldn't work despite the fob lighting up the tap, and there wasn't a clean glass in the house when we got there. All in all, 3 stars because I can imagine when everything is working that its a cool place.
Two stars as the ambience was good. Pizza slices were small. We didn’t even fill the whole beer glass and charged 12$ which makes no sense if the beer cost itself is 7$ as advertised. We’ve been to many places with beer taps and this definitely have the calculations wrong. Their neon section with swings was an interesting catch.
Stopped in after seeing a sign down by pikes place. Very impressed with this place. Underground speak easy vibes. The self pour beer wall was made by the owners! Super easy to use and made drinking beer more hands on. There’s a whole room for pinball and beer pong. Fun swing room that’s glow n the dark & black light. They have a room for events. Loved the vibe. Gonna get friends together and make a night of it. Didn’t try the food but it smelled and looked delicious. So glad places like this exist in Seattle! Y’all are doing great work here. Be sure to come check this place out! Cheers
Good fun here. Cool tap system swing room under blacklights, pinball, lots of games, food looked really good.
Walked in and instantly enjoyed the vibe. Beautiful hospitality. Beer and cinder on tap and you can pour your own! It even has a sobriety fail safe! BEAUTIFUL!!!! Wonderful local art that fills the vibe. DnD friendly and nightclub laterr. Got all the vibes across the board! And Jonathan? He was a wonderful host! Made us feel at home instantly! Wonderful damn service.! And the owner? A fantastic guy. Showed us around and made us feel like we were apart of the 'family' Fantastic experience. Will 1000% come again. Stop by and enjoy the vibe. It is 100000% worth And best yet- it is built all by the owner and his family. They did a beautiful damn job. Give Just The Tap a chance. It will change ya.
My husband and I came here on a Wednesday night because we saw they have trivia. The fact that they have regulars that come back week after week was a good sign, but even more special was that even though it was our first time there, Aaron the trivia host still made us feel very welcome. After trivia, he gave us personal recommendations of how to spend our time in Seattle since we aren’t local. Super friendly vibes from all. Also, the Wall of Beer is a thing to behold. Highly recommend!
Very cool hidden gem near Pikes Market. Friendly, helpful staff, great food and excellent craft beer selection, along with loads of entertainment and gaming options with a full pinball machine array. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
We didn't eat here but the beer options were great. Nice opportunity to pay per ounce so you can try a sample, half a pint or a full glass. Up to you. Fun concept and a comfortable hang out.
ASK ABOUT THE PIZZA FRIES You should really ask about the pizza fries... I love the rotating selection of beers and ciders. If you prefer ciders - this is the place for you. Always great service, and the swing room is like no other vibe. Did you ask about the pizza fries?
