Amazing building for a very well run utility company
A friend of mine lived here for a few months. Cool apartments and amenities downstairs but that beacon lounge upstairs with the outdoor patio is awesome!

Some people say it’s haunted, but I’ve been here for 93 years and haven’t seen a thing. /shrug It’s a great place! Can’t beat the views, the people or the location!
Bald bouncer or guard or whatever he was needs be fired immediately. Downtown are monster jam was touching everyone's kids dancing having fun on the stage. I get liability issue but you don't go touching everyone's kids. Way he went about it was seriously disturbing. Even had another security guard shaking his head.
I love the power and light district all around.
