Mark Wigder is the most capable, experienced and easiest to work-with securities attorney in DFW. Nothing gets by him because he has the patients and years required to do the most complicated M&A transactions. In almost 25 years working together we have never had a disagreement, and he never makes me feel like I am not worthy to be at the table like some I have had to work with. I hired them to help with a fence issue on my property. First, I was mislead by Steve. He kept telling me that the neighbor had to move the fence because he built it on my property and not on the boundary line. So I hired him. What he forgot to share was the process and what might happen at the end…more money. Second, it took him over a month and he was not understanding the information I shared with him.
