I would never go to this place again..had a big tote of clothes and all they took was one outfit a pair of shoes and a pair of pants for 7 dollars .I live 30 minutes away from this place and all I got was 7 freaking dollars lol . sticking with once upon a child...I think they need employees that know what there looking at...little girls working there don't even know how to pick clothes lol.
I was walking into the store for the first time and my kid LOVED entering through the tiny door. He found tons of clothes and toys he liked. It might have been the manager who approached and told me all the discounts going on in the store, and I appreciated the great customer service. Also, it was very easy to find the sizes I needed.
This is my favorite second hand kid store to buy from and sell to in SA. It is well lit and not too crowded with too much stuff. It is clean and organized. There is never a long wait to try to sell and the employees are helpful and kind. They also have a greater quantity of higher quality boutique brands like Janie and Jack, etc. I usually leave with something.

It was my first time selling to Kid-to-Kid and I had a great experience! I was a little confused about the selling versus donation process but the girl working the counter really helped me and my friend to go through the process of what is accepted/ not and how to establish an account. The little one had a lot of fun in the store while Megan sorted through the items and we actually ended up getting some cute bows (shout out to the cute taylor swift bow that I for myself lol!). The items they didn't take we were able to explain to our little one would go to people who needed it more and used the remaining money to get her a new outfit. Overall a great first experience! I will be back
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT Kid to Kid Stone Oak!!!🤬Please do not go and get robed here! I took some items for sale (two boxes full for semi-new good toys) The lady at the desk NEVER told me they will “donate” my items if I did not pick them up in certain time after refusing the offer. Their ridiculous offer was $3 for all two boxes of items. I told them I did not accept this offer and that I will pick up the two containers of items. I came today and another employee told me she will not pay me nor give me my items back. She also lied telling me she did not find the document I signed when I brought the toys. After I insisted, she got the document I signed. She had it right behind her desk. She said the very small imperceptible writing that I could not even read in the original paper, stated they will donate items after 3 days and he was very defensive about her staff stating that to me. They did not do it at all!!! I feel robed, upset and fooled because I signed the receipt trusting they will keep all my items. When I talk to the lady over the phone, and told her I was going to pick up the items the following week, she NEVER referred to me this policy either. So now, they stole all my items and “donate them” to somebody else. If they are so dishonest with a first time costumer, and they do not acknowledge they did not inform correctly their costumers, they basically are stealing from you. I had never been to a Kid to Kid before when I went to sell my extra baby/kid clothes. & the staff were great and super helpful, but what impressed me most was their vast selection of shoes for a great price.
I have been shopping at kid to kid for the past three years. This was my first time being at this location, it is clean and their inventory is very gently used. They take things of great condition and are particular when it comes to cleanliness of the items. The staff was attentive and kind , they were helpful but also did not invade personal space. My shopping experience was very enjoyable here and I found plenty of great things for both my infant son and my toddler daughter. The only complaint that I would have is that usually at resale shops including kid to kid, the shoes that they pick are not always in the best shape and don’t have much of a selection of basic shoes. They tend to be flashy. Overall this children’s resale shop is probably one of the best locations out of all the resale shops in San Antonio and the outskirts.
