Very friendly staff on the day I visited. I was visiting from out of the state and the ladies gave me recommendations on other attractions to visit in Texas. To the ladies who were working on Wednesday 01-27-20, thank you for making my visit to the Fort Worth Stockyards so memorable. I greatly appreciate the hospitality and recommendations. To visitors reading this, follow their recommendations on attractions; you won't be disappointed.
the FW stockyards King Ranch Saddle Shop is 10/10 with the atmosphere, authenticity, and customer service. Next to none on all King Ranch products. Big shout out to the amazing and friendly help, Dani, she made our shopping experience enjoyable.

Went in looking for a hat today that wasn’t on display when I got there, even though the system showed in stock, the entire team stopped what they were doing to find the hat! Great customer service from them all!!

Bought A gun sleeve that was supposed to have monogramming it showed up without the monogramming. I notified the saddle shop & explained to them what was going on. Told them when I had to have the corrected product in hand they assured me it would ship out and would arrive on time and it did not. I am not upset about the original mistake. We are all human and stuff happens. But to not take their own mistake with the appropriate urgency to make it right and achieve, customer satisfaction was very disappointing. Will happily be moving on from their overpriced products.
Miranda is a five star employee. After visiting Dallas, and the Fort Worth Stockyards, we happened to shop at King Ranch. After returning home, I called King Ranch and was fortunate to get Miranda to answer my call. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. She helped me purchase a messenger bag as a Christmas gift. Thank you Miranda for being extremely helpful, you're the best!
