What a wonderful store! Bought the Calera leather jacket and a White long sleeve running W dress shirt. Angelina and Emily took care of me. And went above and beyond great Customer Service. If you ever find yourself in the Stockyards, I highly recommend this King Ranch store. You’ll be glad you did!

Bought a dress shirt for my boyfriend here back in March while visiting from out of town, he wore it out to dinner that evening and the back ripped when he sat down. We exchanged the next day for a replacement and the next time he wore it, probably a month later, the same thing happened. Chalked it up as a loss because we’re from out of town. Well we stopped in again this past Monday and bought a t-shirt. He was itching his neck, where the tag on the back is, and it ripped two holes on each side of the tag. Reached out to get the shirt exchanged and tell them this seems to be a reoccurring problem and the manager informed me they updated their policy and won’t exchange the shirt. Disappointed at the quality of clothes with how expensive they are. Both shirts, despite being different fabrics ripped and the fact they no longer offer exchanges makes me believe it’s an ongoing problem with their products. Just want to make other buyers aware before they spend their money here. Kimes Ranch next door has similar styles with better quality fabrics.

We had the best experience at The King Ranch Saddle Shop in Fort Worth! Moe and Whitney were absolutely amazing in helping my husband and I find the most stunning shirts. Their customer service was truly top-notch — so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. Thank you both for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

I bought a relatively pricy belt here. In less than 10 weeks of wear the brown color die is already wearing off. For what I paid for it, and the king name, I expected better

Wow! This place is gorgeous and smells so good. The sales associates are some of the best in customer service. My husband was contemplating a beautiful jacket but didn’t want to carry it through the Stockyards. Ben, the sales associate, told my husband he would deliver the jacket to us at the restaurant where we had dining reservations. Sure enough, less than 10 minutes after sitting down for our meal, Ben walks in with the jacket. We were so impressed with the whole experience, we will definitely be back.

So when we walked in we were kindly greeted. But…. When the free basket of handkerchiefs was approaching us we got a nod from the I’m assuming manger to not give us one. I don’t need one but the fact that she would judge us was disturbing to me. We don’t dress like hobos and better than most but southern simple western people. . $$ isn’t an issue but we don’t need to dress like to be anything we are not to walk into a store in Fort Worth. From my take she thought we were not wealthy enough to be given a free handkerchief. Normally this would bother me and is first time making a bad complaint on any business , but really bothers me that a store I’ve supported for years wether it was clothes or trucks would be so judgy. Just a let down especially in Texas !!! I will not be supporting this brand anymore. To those lady's and gentlemen working in the store being professional I truly appreciate the hospitality. This place is great!! Their luggage and leather goods are amazing. And their prices are really good.
