The guard shack was totally unprofessional and should be reported. He didn't want a PO or trailer number and kicked me out of the property because he didn't have an email for me, but he didn't ask for the trailer or anything. What a loser. Bruce needs to be fired. Good job, Knight!
Great starter company just make sure you get a great driver manager and you mess with him or her well because if you don’t, it can be a bad experience. OK beginner rates and you’re allowed to refuse loads if you’re not comfortable, but plenty of questions because it’s many things that they may forget or not tell you
Review is for the USXPRESS nearby. There is no access to the usxpress truck lot at night due to the locked gate and the drivers lounge not available after hours.
It's ok. Not what I was expecting. However they are under construction. Pretty far walk to drivers lounge unless u bobtail, truck wash and fuel pumps were not operational. Showers, laundry and driver lounge were exceptionally clean
This company listens to its drivers and always tries to resolve any issues that one might have. They have multiple terminals throughout and have recently remodeled a few of them including this location. With that said, it's very disappointing that a small percentage of drivers do not appreciate this. All of the amenities are for driver comfort and they specifically made modifications for our pets. I hope that the driver who allowed their pet to destroy one of the brand new kennels at least took some responsibility. The stainless steel bowls are scattered everywhere instead of in the kennels where they belong. You can keep your truck and home the way you like but please have respect for the terminals and company equipment. Smh.
I'm getting my truck ready for the road, and they have checked all of my pre & post trip so I can be safe on the road
large lot, shop, fuel island, and driver lounge. truck wash on site. laundry room has free tide pods and dryer sheets, and there are 7 or so showers, as well as some in the men/women bathrooms. has a large store, and gym. they have four microwaves and dish soap/sink in the common room
