I did have respect for the operations center or after hours dispatch. I've been stuck in California because the planners are worthless on the west coast and they probably cried about me saying that...so now after hours dispatch is hanging up when they see my number. Very sad that these ppl become Sociopaths and narcissistic because they manage and control the drivers in this company...this screams insecurity and a flawed ego.
What’s the point of security taking our paperwork at the gate. I just want to come in and shower and sleep plus leave in a timely manner. This is a waste of time especially when you have a smart mouth lazy security guard.
Been with them 15 years. Better than most. But like ALL businesses they have that 2% fail with loads, timely shop work and the proverbial unicorn hunt
Came here for B service, they have found some additional issues. Took them 4 days to get done small repairs. 4 days I was sitting on the yard!!! I’m glad that they have basketball court here. But upper management can play basketball themselves, I came to trucking to make money not play basketball …
By far the worst yard in the company if you're a reefer driver. I avoid this place at all costs. Would rather fight for a spot a pilot than stay here. Also if your truck doesn't say Phoenix then expect to wait forever to have your truck in the shop.
Garbage trucking company. I'm currently stuck on the road with a flat tire and their trucks can't be bothered to move over for my safety. Thanks jerks.
We picked up a trailer going to Texas for a customer. Staff was very friendly. Yes we would go back and pick up another trailer in the future.
