I would say the process is very easy I was scared once I started but trust me, anyone that goes to Knight CDL Academy just listen to the instructors they know what they’re saying trust in the process and just watch the end result also everybody in the staff is very supportive Mr. Ivan, Mr. Buddy, Mr. John A, Mr. Elliot, Mr. Marty, Mr. Allen, They were all amazing instructors and amazing Men with knowledge and experience. I am really grateful for the opportunity and thanks for knight transportation for creating this amazing program Thank you. Also remember Guys get the truck in the box.
Hire process for drivers needs to be changed. Wasted my time and money renting a car to drive up to an Orientation only to be brushed off and lied to by recruiter after the 2 day process. I have clean MVR, can pass any drug test and road test, it was unprofessional for the recruiter to keep lying on the situation. Sad.Tina Luna the recruiter needs to be fired.
re-training for driver 69851. Driving that big of a truck, cutting over last minute on an exit with no turn signal and traffic all around.
they should definitely be paying their drivers more. driver managers hit or miss. most of the staff working here are nice in person but most of the interactions I've had over the phone they couldn't be bothered-- especially for after hours emergencies and weekend needs
Great facility with plenty of ammenities
You need to teach your drivers how to drive around oversize loads. One of ur port truck today on I 45 in Texas @ 0858 mile maker 156 would not allow me to get over as there was a car on the shoulder and then cuts in front of me WITH NO TURN SIGNAL.
This company is terrible wasting my time
Almost got slammed in the back by another semi with my wife and kids cause your drives can't learn how to drive a truck. This ain't the first incident to where your drivers have had issues like this. From here on out I will be making reports to the department of transportation.
Thursday Febuary 22, 2024 Truck number 712771 decided to swerve from the on-ramp all the way over across the whole Lane of traffic into the left lane doing 45 mph on a 75 mph Highway. Almost got rear-ended by a white car with kids in the back seat. White car had to slam on their brakes to keep from rear-ending your truck. The rest of traffic including other trucks had to slam on their brakes to keep from rear-ending the car. Almost caused a multi-vehicle pile up. No reason to be in the left doing 45 mph! You are nothing but an obstruction to traffic and a danger to the rest of the motoring public! Pretty obvious the only reason you have a CDL is because of your company's in-house School company's in house CDL school with inspectors on staff receiving paychecks from Knight!
Tomah WI 1900 loves truck stop this guy have over 38 minutes putting fuel and over 15 putting just def here is 2 things . He is putting def on fuel tanks or your truck have over 50 gal of def capacity . This is just unrespectful from your driver to all others 🤬😡😡
