The phlebotomist is incredible! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly; however, there are often many patients since this is a popular location so expect to wait.
This is my husband's and I second time seeing Shonte. We both have a massive amount of bloodwork so it was obvious this location got overbooked (the scheduling systems need to be updated to take into consideration the amount of bloodwork required labworkers & customers' sake!). She was kind and efficient despite being under pressure due to waiting customers. I have very very difficult veins yet Shonte made it completely painfree and fast. She is also extremely meticulous in preparing the samples and making sure everything is in order before you leave!
Horrible experience with Labcorp here. Had a scheduled appointment time and arrived at the location. Then, the person there tells me that the person who is supposed to administer the drug test for pre-employment is not here and left already. I received no notification, no email, no rescheduling time. Even though she was there, she said she could not administer it even though there were no other people in the waiting area, and I would have to come again next time. I had to ask my employer for an extension and go through HR, and the deadline was very tight. I come back the second time for the test, and while I am taking the test, the lab technician lets a random grown adult man into the lab room without informing me beforehand while I am taking the test in the restroom, which is absolutely a violation of privacy, as he remains there for the rest of my appointment, and the lab technician simultaneously tries to handle whatever he is there for his appointment as well. I once again had this scheduled beforehand, and this time was reserved for my appointment. This is clearly uncomfortable for both of us, as it is just a small room and medical information should not be shared within the presence of other strangers, according to the law, I'm pretty sure. When I leave, there are no people in the waiting area, so she could have perfectly well waited to finish my appointment and then called him in.
I had a scheduled appt to have blood work drawn and Shonte the lady that serviced me had the best attitude she was very positive very respectful and kind. Overall it was a great experience!
Been here 3 times in last 3 months. Every day the lady who works in the labcorp dept says they have issues with internet. Hard to believe 3 random days across 3 months. She always talks about wanting to leave by 3pm and turned us away at 2 o clock.
Shonte (sorry if that's not the correct spelling!) was absolutely fantastic. It was SUPER busy and Shonte was working like crazy and doing everything alone while being super sweet and helpful and making the process as enjoyable for me as it possibly could've been. I'm a super anxious person, but the whole process felt SO easy and comfortable because of Shonte.
Terrible wait time and no service. Waited for more than an hour only for the lady to come out at the almost closing time to say she’s drawing 32 tubes of blood and will still take time.

Whoever you had working on 9/22/2025 was an absolute saint. Every curveball imaginable from the printer going out to over allowing on appointments/walk-ins - she handled it like a champ. Worked through her break to see me and another gentleman.. a blessing for sure. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she is absolutely incredible and I hope if she sees this, she knows I genuinely mean it! Stay beautiful sister ❤️
I went to get a mandatory drug test, and Shonte took good care of me! Their wifi was down, and she worked diligently with me to still get me in and complete the test despite technological barriers. She seems to be a strong backbone for the functioning of the establishment.
