If corporate is reading this - you need to get some assistance for Shonte because she is in there doing everything by herself. She was wonderful despite all of the pressure on her, but your girl is drowning in there and doing the job of 3 people. Thanks Shonte - I hope they get you some help or you move on to better things!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the most frustrating experience in my life. I needed to get a drug test done and there was a deadline to get it done. I went on Friday during my lunch break, and when I arrived, the girl was on break, which was understandable. There were already other people waiting and the longer I sat there the more people spoke up about the situation. This girl had told one person to come back at one and another one to come back at 12:30 after leaving at 11:30 for her lunch break. She did not return until 1:45pm. After speaking to Walgreens employees they shared that they are usually late and this is a common thing for them to do. I had to ask for an extension and then came back on Monday to finally get it done before my trip. I come in around 2:20 and check in. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, the lady comes out to inform us she is no longer doing drug test. I’m going to be honest I think she just wanted to leave early instead of having to stay and do another drug test that would’ve taken 5 minutes. I went to another location just for them to say the same thing. This was so frustrating because I then had to ask for another extension from my new employment and also do this while on my trip in Florida. Thank goodness, the staff in Florida was so kind and quick and got me out of there in 5 minutes. Only took an 8 hour drive for me to actually get this done. It’s really disappointing that it took all of that for me to get something so simple done. If I were Labcorp I’d really look into this issue.
Absolutely horrible. A poor girl was trying to check in and the tablet wouldn’t work. She tried to explain to the tech over and over and the tech yelled at her. The girl have been there for sometime Luckily, someone in pharmacy came over and talked to the lab tech. The girl was completely right the tablet did not work for her.
Typically when I have blood drawn, it takes 3-4 times by at least 2 people. BUT TODAY that was not my story thanks to Jalisa. I was in and out of the chair in 5 minutes. This was the BEST experience that I've had in a LONG TIME when it comes to having blood drawn. It was worth the traffic my drive from Clarksville. Keep up the work Jalisa!!!
Had a 7:15am appointment. No one even showed up to open the place by 7:40. Had to leave for work. Walgreens employee said that if someone called out the Walgreens staff would know. Guessing someone was just 40+ minutes late. Rescheduling elsewhere.
Shonte is the BEST. She is so overworked but she is kind and EXCELLENT at her job. She needs a raise and more help. I won’t go anywhere else for my blood work. She is the only one who has never screwed it up.
I was helped by a lady named Shonte (I think). She was extremely efficient and thorough with her work, not to mention very kind. There were many people waiting to be helped and she was working alone, but she still helped all of us and was very personable and friendly to everyone. She was a true professional. Thank you for your help!
I came here Tuesday and again today, it was the same women both times, Shonte I believe. She was absolutely wonderful. Even though she was busy and overworked she kept a positive attitude and did her job efficiently!

Despite some patients not being so pleasant, Shonte handled everything with a calm and positive attitude, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service was quick and thorough, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!
Complete waste of time. Scheduled for lab work, didn’t receive service because one must have an order for labs. The site should give specific information regarding cans and cants.
