Driver almost killed me on my way to work on I-65 doing 15 over the posted limit. Tried to push me out of my lane to pass. Tried to call their safety department, and it's a scam; the phone just hangs up.
Leader is a very strong company. They operate without fail running all sorts of dedicated and transactional business. They have an experienced team of dispatchers, with strong drivers to match that. I would recommend using them to anyone.
Peter did a great Job on one of my loads for Ryan Transportation. I am the account manager on this and loved the updates he provided as well as the on time pick and delivery. I would highly recommend using Leader Freight Systems.
One of their truckers rode my bumper dangerously closely - twice. Tried to call. Their system hung up on me 4 times and then put me on hold till I gave up.
Worked with Steven. He was great with keeping up with communication. His team has great time management skills and provides live updates. I appreciate working with Steve and looking towards the future doing business together. Great job, team!
bringing my truck all the way to Chicago/Alsip from Texas for a company i knew nothing about was a gamble. I was on the verge of parking my truck due to the market. I'm glad I made the jump because from day one it has been a great experience. No force Dispatch, I go home when I want, And if I need help with repairs, their resources are available to me at a reasonable price too.
I booked a load with David and he was great from start to finish! The communication was the best I've had in a long time from a carrier, which if you're a broker, you know that's a biggie! They picked up on time and delivered early! What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend this carrier and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him again!!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I worked there for 3 months before I told them I was going to leave and even gave my 2 weeks notice. They begged me to stay and when I said no, they refused to pay me my last 2 weeks of work and my Escrow. That is so unprofessional and they have been avoiding my calls and any means of communication. The company starts off being friendly but I saw their true colors when things don’t go their way. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here.
I dont know what ppl give them five start when they are lyer. This is the shiniest company that exist. They promise you things they don't deliver. They kept the money from tag and escrow that they are supposed to return to us when we finish w/them. It was $4,000 ......I'm NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO WORK AT ALL..They Move from places and they didn't answered the phone at all. The Name of one of them is Damian. This Company is a Ripped off.
