Worked with this company and arranged a very urgent shipment with them. there were some issues at the shipper, but dispatcher and driver were both very easy to work with as we resolved. dispatch team was also very responsive with updates over the weekend. Driver was punctual and also extremely professional. would love to work with them again.
I got to work with Leader Freight last year, and honest it was just top notch. Their whole crew, every last one of them, was just as professional as could be. And if you had a question, they were on it really quick. You can just tell they look after their folks, and that means a lot. I'd recommend them a hundred percent, no doubt about it.
Their drivers think it’s ok to take their 30 minute break parked on the fuel pump. Every pump full. The pump I was on was super slow. He/she was parked there, no one around, when I got to a pump close. Took me 29 minutes to fuel because of a faulty pump. I pulled forward, went in for coffee, they were still there. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and discourteous.
This truck decided it was ok to pull out of a travel stop in the middle of oncoming traffic in Lancaster Texas, almost ramming into me causing me to run into the shoulder. As I try and call the company to report driver no one answers at all.
Truck number 214 at 2:30 in the afternoon during school hours completely cut off traffic and Almost caused a serious accident I had to swerve into the other side of the road. No phone number on the back of the truck so you can’t even call to complain. Obviously needs to pay more attention to the road
One of their drivers panels flew off his truck destroyed the front end of my truck company agreed to pay cash. When i got the quote for repair they acted like they didnt know anything about it and havent responded to their insurance provider to resolve issue
Almost got killed when a truck drove across 3 highway lanes in order to not miss his exit. Happened on 7/2/2025 at 1:12PM Plate Number:P1087183 Tried to report via phone, however when you press 3 for "safety" it literally automatically hangs up on you. Tried 3 times. Tried to call dispatch, automatically hung up on me. Completely insane.
One of your drivers pushed me into a traffic filled lane at high speed on the highway going through Nashville this morning. He either wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care, but he almost caused a big accident with his dangerous lane change. The truck was from your Davenport IA office. The truck designation was MC 1212574. The driver needs retrained in safety.
