Customer service is terrible, called numerous times with issues and emailed -- no response.
This is the parking garage my employer uses, so I park here every time I come into the office. It’s less than a block from my building, which makes it convenient, but that’s about the only positive. I know this garage serves several office buildings, so it’s busy every day. That’s exactly why it should be maintained better. It seems like all three elevators are never working at the same time. Right now, only one elevator is operating, which creates long waits during the morning rush and after work. The garage is also dirty and often smells like fresh urine. For what people pay to park here each day, there’s no excuse for the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. My biggest concern is safety. A garage that hundreds of people use every day should feel clean, secure, and well maintained. Instead, it feels neglected. I understand companies want to make money, but the people paying to park here deserve working elevators, a clean facility, and a safe environment. The location is convenient, but management needs to invest in maintaining the property instead of doing the bare minimum. Until then, it’s hard to recommend parking here unless you have no other option.

Absolutely terrible company. Throw your car in a ditch over parking here. Itll be safer that way and you’ll understand why if you park here.
