Scam Company... Told me the Dumpster is $180.00 plus $20 a day after day 1. I kept for 2 days, they charged $200. I asked if they have a weight limit- no weight limit... Yet none of there employees told us that deep in the 3 page contract you are charged an extra 12cents per pound. 2nd charge of $350.00... Plus they couldn't find a driver so it sat in front of our house for 3 weeks.. Do NOT use this service.
Bad experience. Received defective dumpster with doors welded shut. Had to lift everything over the side. Tried calling Liberty, no response after 1 hour on hold. They where 2 weeks late picking up the dumpster, and when they did, they removed a dozen bags from the load and threw them on the street. Tried calling a second time, same result, 1 hour on hold. THEN, a week later they called and informed me that in the contract it states that I ALSO have a per pound change of about $200.00. The web site does NOT talk about the per pound charge. TOTAL rip off.
RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Such a bad company and their dumpsters look like the worst piece of trash you can out in front of your home and they are way over priced compared to their competition. I would never work with this company again. No detail and explanation all they want you to do is sign their contract so your stuck with them. I told their agent I needed a large dumpster for a pretty big job and she sent me a mini dumpster. Almost a joke. So if you don't rent dumpsters all the time and you don't know what size you need I would never rely on this company. Looks like they have a ton of complaints and have different names to avoid the complaints and the BBB.
They don’t even deserve 1 star, DO NOT rent from them, they won’t pick up on time! They left the dumpster on my property for more than 3 weeks, oh and they have the “liberty “ to automatically charge 85 dlls your banco account for extra pounds without permission, they don’t even tell you for how much is the overweight! Wich I think is a lie because we only threw a few old furniture and household trash ! The worst !!
Our family recently had the task of clearing out our father's home after his passing. With the help of the Liberty Transportation team, we were able to accomplish this. We had checked prices and found Liberty Transportation to be competitive. The roll-off was delivered in a timely manner, and we had excellent communication on the process of it being picked up, emptied and returned as needed. We would highly recommend using Liberty Transportation as Sam and his team are friendly, efficient and professional!!
